THE HOUSE

Ground floor:
Access to the fully equipped open kitchen, toilet and sink, laundry (washing machine).
60m2 lounge/living room (internet and smart Tv access, books)
Stove and fire place.

1st Floor:
1 bedroom (15m2) with queen size bed, view of pool and hills, private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) + dressing.
1 bedroom (14m2) with queen size bed, view of pool and hills, private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and dressing room
1 en-suite bedroom (14m2), 1 double bed with bathroom (7m2) (shower, sink, toilet and bath)
1 Bedroom (16m2), 2 single beds, private bathroom. (shower, toilet, washbasin) and dressing.

2nd Floor :
Playroom (20m2) for the kids with console, board games and books.

We are maintaining the pool as well as the garden during your stay.

THE DISTRICT is like a little corner of paradise
The village is at the top of the hill and is really nice. You can go there on foot through the woods and dine at "Chastrusse", very pleasant summer.

The river Dordogne is 2 km away, you can rent canoes and paddle to Beynac by La Roque Gageac (beautiful castles on the way), or even rest on one of its beaches.

There is also a very nice lake nearby with a beach and its restaurant (Les 7 Sources)

We are between the castles of Roufillac, Fenelon and Cieurac.
The most beautiful sites of the region also await you as Sarlat, Belves, Rocamadour, Carennac, Domme, Collonge, Beynac, Turenne, St Cirq the Popie etc .. without forgetting the numerous caves and Chateaux! (Lacave, Cougnac, Commarque, Castelnau ..)

Many activities such as paragliding, air balloon, speleology, water park, horse riding, zoo, theme parks, hooked branches etc ...

Some nice restaurants nearby such as "Le Chastrusse", les 7 sources with its lake and beach, Le Pont de l'Ouisse,
Food market, farm "Auberges"

If you like walking or cycling, there are several marked trails in the area including the "greenway" that will take you to Sarlat from Rouffillac, ~ 1h30.

The nearest cities and airports:
Brive (30mn), Cahors (40mn), Limoges (1h15mn), Toulouse and Bergerac (1h30mn), Bordeaux (2h15mn).

Perfect French paradise

The description and photos of the property were spot on. We loved the living space, inside and out, the pool was clean and a joy to swim in or sit around, and our hosts were always on hand but equally discrete. Kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable, even in 35 degree daytime high temperatures. A great location for exploring the Dordogne region, lovely walks nearby and butchers and bakers within a short drive. In short, our idea of heaven. Thank you, we will be back!

Excellent sejour dans une très belle maison !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison : confortable, très propre, très bien équipée (comme à la maison, il ne manquait rien, nous avons rarement vue une maison de location aussi bien équipée, et la piscine au top !), bien localisée et au calme. Nous avons pu effectuer toutes nos activites et visites de la région sans aucune difficulté. Pour finir un grand merci a nos hôtes, Edwin et Javier de nous avoir mis à disposition cette tres belle maison ; à la fois discrets et disponibles, nous avons énormément apprécié vos conseils et nos échanges. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Magnifique demeure

Séjour de 15 jours a neuf personnes, maison spacieuse, bien équipée, jardin immense équipé en salons de jardin et bien entretenu avec équipements sportifs, et une piscine exceptionnelle de 13 mètres de long ! Idéale pour toute une famille. Sarlat est à 20 minutes en voiture et les autres points de visite à moins d'une heure de route. Base nautique à 5/10 minutes en voiture, idéal pour location canoë, vélos, etc... Propriétaires de la maison très sympathiques, ils résident juste à côté, ils sont disponibles en cas de souci. Un séjour vraiment agréable, adresse à garder. Merci Edwin et Javier

Brilliant

Javier and Edwin were extremely attentive and looked after our every need. House was spotless, comfy with everything necessary for large family stay, they were lovely people, you couldn’t ask for more. We loved the pool the cosy lounge and huge tv with Netflix!! Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary.. we bbqed ? And ate outside a couple of evenings .., all superb!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre amis dans cette maison. Elle est très confortable, très bien entretenue et décorée par Edwin et Javier qui sont des propriétaires attentifs, sympathiques et discrets. Nous y avons séjourné pendant la canicule et malgré cela la maison reste fraîche ce qui est très appréciable ! Le coin est très joli, la maison est isolée mais tout reste à proximité (commerce, resto, activités...). Et la piscine est vraiment top :) Bref, nous avons été ravis de ce séjour et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
