This new and beautiful two-room apartment is located on the fourth floor of the Alpes 3 Apartment Building, in the heart of Chamonix. This luxury apartment building offers videophone, lift (direct access to parking and ski lockers), and armoured door, and central heating with individual control. Its three window have view of the Brévent Mountain. The apartment has a living space of 46 sq.m, 8 sq.m of which have a 1.6-m - 1.8-m-height ceiling. It also has high quality furnishing. It boasts and entrance with a wardrobe, a large living room with an open plan and well-equipped kitchen(4 ring glass-ceramic hob, multifunction oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster). You will also find a breakfast nook, a TV area, with stereo system, DVD player, and a wall seat. There is also a 140 cm sofa bed, comfortable mattresses (18 cm), an armchair, and a footrest. You will find a bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people, wardrobe, TV, and Internet access. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. In the first basement, there is a private parking space (subject to a fee). In the second basement, there is a ski locker with ski boot dryer. You will be received by a member of the Chamonixten80 Company, who will in charge of providing the keys, the maintenance of the apartment, and the linen supply. This company will contact you before arrival to organise the delivery of the keys, and the introduction to the apartment, and the ski resort. In addition, this company can provide additional services such as transfer, fixed prices, and concierge services.

Unfortunately, the elevator did not work during the first three days of our stay. We had to climb 91 steps form the garage to reach our appartment. Everything else was perfect. Great location in the centre of Chamonix. Close to shops, restaurants and shuttle to ski areas.

We were there in early September, when the crowds were just starting to diminish, and found the apartment comfortable, convenient to public transportation as well as having parking, and overall the stay was great. We look forward to returning.

Well maintained property. Clean and compact but everything we needed. Great location off main street with car parking space. Supermarket, shops ski rental and bars all within a mater of meters. I normally don’t go back to the same place twice as I like to explore but we all agreed we would use this again if we come back to Chamonix

Great location right in the middle of Cham. Kind couple who owns the apartment who even gave me a tour the day before move in. Great service with towels and sheets being changed to clean ones every 10 days. Great communication with both the owner and the woman helping them.

Amazing spot!

The condo was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy! Charlotte (property manager) was amazing, gave us great suggestions for food and even had a contact for a great massage therapist that came to the condo!! The location is superb, right in the middle of town! Only drawback would be we only got 1 trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week (however this may be common in Europe, I’m not sure) - if you’re not used to a city you may find the location somewhat loud at night but not as loud as most cities! We will stay here again for sure if we return!

We would like to express our gratitude to Elodie in a very big way! She greets us with a warm heart every year. For several years now, Chamonix has been our winter shelter. Moreover, we return to this accommodation because it makes us feel at home. In addition, the location is exceptional, the apartment is well-furnished and has all the necessary amenities. The place is safe, secure, and well-maintained. If something goes wrong, they respond within the hour. We are looking forward to returning again this year.

Visit to chamonix

First off just want to say that this vrbo is in an excellent location in the city center of chamonix! There's a fabulous bakery right outside with plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It is a bit loud outside at night but it didn’t bother us too much. A huge downside of the apartment was that the front door knob falls off from the inside which led us to be locked in our apartment for an hour one day.. The management was not quick to respond which was frustrating. The toilet was also leaking from the side which was kinda gross

Great apartment

The apartment was perfect for us - clean, well-equipped and a good size. The location is fabulous - very central for shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the bus stop for the ski bus. Being in the centre of town, there was some street noise late at night, but it didn’t last too long. The only criticism is that a duvet was not provided for the sofa bed - only a blanket (which created a lot of static). There was a spare single duvet in the apartment, but we couldn’t find a duvet cover for it and the sofa bed is a double size. We managed and would have contacted the management company if we really wanted one and I’m sure it would have been sorted. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay there again.

This is the second time we stayed in this apartment. Its location is just perfect for a Chamonix-based trip, right off the main downtown walkway and with all parts of Chamonix within easy walking distance. I can't recommend enough!

Dejlig lejlighed. God beliggenhed midt i byen med P-kælder.

Lejligheden er i en rigtig god kvalitet, næsten skandinavisk i designet. Alt er i orden. Ny og lækker. Hvis man kan lide at bo midt i Chamonix, lige ned til gågaden med P-kælder, så er den perfekt. Den er rigtig fin til 2, der gerne vil have lidt plads omkring sig, men fungerer også fint til 4. Køkkenet er veludstyret med gode muligheder for at tilberede mad, hvis man vil det. Kan på det varmeste anbefales.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento la settimana di Capodanno. Ottima posizione con aggiunta della comodità di poter usufruire del garage. Condominio curato e ben organizzato. L'appartamento è anche più grande di quello che sembra in foto. Eravamo in 4 adulti e non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio anche tenedo il divano letto aperto tutto il giorno. Consigliatissimo visti anche i prezzi che si trovano in giro per la cittadina.
