Wonderful place stay right on the water. Host were very responsive. Spiral staircase could be hard for elderly or very young children but it has a baby gate for safety.

Disliked: Location
Nice enough but needs updates. The bathrooms don't drain well and the dock has boards that are not safe. One of our people stepped on a bad board his foot went down and got pinched.
We had the best time. House was great with plenty of space and all amenities included. The dock was perfect for swimming and fishing. All our kids loved the kayak and paddle board. We would definitely return.
Very cute home. Right on the lake. Comfortable beds. Nice living room. The downstairs area was really cute and the bathroom was very nice. I would ask that there be extra blankets available, I needed to take the ones off the bunk beds and take up stairs. Thanks for having us!!
It was a very peaceful stay. The property was great for the 6 of us. Our teenagers stayed downstairs in the bunk beds and the adults stayed in the two rooms upstairs. The patio and the dock were perfect. We shared meals outside and enjoyed the sunshine. Our girls loved paddle boarding and kayaking. It was still close to Hot Springs restaurants and shopping. Our hosts were very prompt in answering any questions. We would stay here again if in the area.
The home was very clean, very well laid out, and loved the location! We enjoyed the kayak, paddle board and fishing off the dock! Will definitely rent again if we come come back to Hot Springs!
Location, charm, and communication with the host were all five star. Enjoyed our quick family getaway and the cooler weather!

Cozey, but not recommended
The basement for kids to sleep in didn't appeal to me, with a direct door to the outside which did not seem secure. I would recommend a different stay because of the price. Overly priced for the look.
Sad to see this house up for sale because it’s the perfect little getaway. Would love to come back one day. If you want the best spot on a calm lake, this is it. Plenty of beds, great views and close to everything. Loved it.

What was great: The little property is adorable and located in an advantageous spot on the lake. Also, whomever decorated the house has good taste. It was just colorful and detailed enough to feel welcoming but not too much that it felt like you were disturbing someone's home. what was ok: once you started looking at the property itself, while there were clear upgrades, there also parts of the home that were not well cared for. The toilet moved around a lot, the trims were coming away from the walls and were quite dirty, and the bathtub was unappealing. what was bad: the house was/is for sale and the evening that we arrived I received a message letting me know that the next morning the house would be shown. I was told that we would not be bothered but how could we not be. We left the property and spent the day away so that we would not need to be exposed in that way. We were paying for that time there so it felt incredibly intrusive. I also told the owner that I had almost fallen through the dock. Thankfully my husband caught me before I really hurt myself. This was Wednesday. When this was mentioned, the owner/contact said that he had asked someone to take care of it but that he would be by sometime two days later (Friday) to take a look. We have now paid for a place where we were neither alone indoors (realtors) and unable to use the dock safely for most of our time there. Overall extremely disappointing. Whoever owns and/or manages the property just doesnt care.
This was a 4 sibling sisters' trip. We do this once a year at various locations and we really enjoyed our stay at this cute little lake house. It was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this rental to others.
Came for a weekend getaway with husband and 2 kids (8 and 10). House had everything we needed. Location to downtown Hot Springs was perfect, only 15min. The cove was nice and quiet. We even saw deer several times eating the acorns. There was a paddle board and kayak for use. Nice touch for fan lovers, they had box fans in the closets!
We had a wonderful stay at your place! Check in and out was easy, the house is beautifully decorated and clean and the location was perfect on Lake Hamilton to swim off the dock in the quiet cove with the kids and boat around the lake. We’ll be back!
Everything was fine far as. Stores close by for last minute shopping, everything was stocked as we needed. Only thing was that the sink in the kitchen had a hard time draining. Other than that everything was good. And we really enjoyed the fishing
My family had a great time staying at this property. The house will clean, well stocked with everything we needed and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that the house was on the lake and had a dock where you could sit and relax. Great communication from the property owners as well.
My kids and I loved staying here and exploring the area. There was plenty of room to spread out in the house, and the lake views were gorgeous to wake up to. We took out the kayak and paddle board and I appreciated the quiet little cove - perfect for kids. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this cute little house to my friends.
Clean, nice, the dock and the water were nice for swimming and paddle boating. Dock has one bad board by the ladder. Overall very nice. Would stay again and would highly recommend.
Love at first sight! We came with our three children ages 3, 4 & 10 and were amazed with the house and lake front dock. The finished basement with spiral staircase was the kids favorite area. Property is just close enough to town to be there in minutes. Beautiful views from every window in the house loved the porch views of the lake cove. Kids loved fishing from the dock and lounging on the outdoor furniture. The weather was beautiful during our stay but the a/c in the house was fabulous and all TVs and appliances were top of the line. Beds comfortable and just an all round lovely feel to the property. We give it a 10 out of 10 and would go back anytime. There is plenty to do in Hot Springs but the kids just wanted to go back to the “vacation house” and we did too.
I’m giving this a slightly higher rating than I usually would because I’m assuming most of my issues were because the house was closed up for the winter. There was a bad odor in the house when we arrived. We did go to Walmart to buy air fresheners, and that seemed to help a little bit. Everything could just use a good deep cleaning (filthy windows, bugs in light fixtures, food crumbs in drawers, dirty walls, shower curtain appeared moldy, etc) and maybe a new coat of paint (again, maybe this is because it was closed up for the winter?).
Now for the good stuff - The location is great. Short drive to downtown, 35 minute drive to Ron Coleman Mining, and a little over an hour to Crater or Diamonds State Park. We enjoyed the dock. There were a lot of fish jumping while we were there. They did a nice job on the basement bathroom (We all used that shower versus the upstairs one).
