About this property
Beautifully furnished studio within an old property
The studio is located within our property with an independent entrance open to the garden. The door opens onto an entrance of about 10 m2. A beautiful oak staircase leads you to the 1st floor. On the left of the stairs, the kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob is open to the living room. 2 large roof windows illuminate the ensemble in addition to 2 skylights. The beautiful old frame attracts the eye by offering a special charm. On the right of the stairs, a sitting area with sofa and coffee table offers a comfortable reading area. Then, separated by a half wall, the bedroom and finally, also isolated by a half wall, there is the toilet area with shower, sink and separate toilet.
