Fully furnished and updated 3 Bedroom / 1.5 Bath townhouse located in Ocean Park Meadows. Unit is in a great location, next to the outdoor salt water pool, clubhouse and workout room, with seven miles of sandy beach located just 100 yards away. Master bedroom has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and the 3rd bedroom loft, which is accessible by spiral staircase, has a queen. All bedrooms are air conditioned and the unit is completely furnished and outfitted with a washer/dryer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. All linens are included, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) are also provided. The unit has a private rear deck with a gas grill, overlooking a pond with a fountain. Ocean Park Meadows is a well maintained community of 94 units in a 10 acre park-like setting with mature trees, ponds and within walking distance (1 mile) to the Old Orchard Pier, Palace Playland amusement park and night life! Sorry, no pets are allowed by per association rules.

The townhouse was cozy and clean; couple blocks from the beach, nice pool, gym etc. Provided all beach accessories as well chairs, boards, and beach cart. Overall great stay!

Excellent location. 2 streets from the beach (about 400 yards). Pool on site which is great for a family. All bedrooms were air conditioned. Very clean and well maintained property. Kitchen was well equipped for our week. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and accommodations

This was one of our favorite vacation spots. Location was great! Beach was a short walk across the street and plenty of space always available. Also. The house had everything you needed for the beach which is a plus when traveling with kids. Pool was perfect size and the back patio overlooking the pond was ideal for morning coffee and dinner. We will definitely be back again!

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing condo

The condo was perfect for our family. The unit was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and OPM is a very peaceful and quiet community overall. The kids loved the added bonus of the pool which we used on our non-beach days. We loved sitting on the back patio, listening to the calming sounds of the fountain and watching the ducks. A quick walk to downtown OOB and Ocean Park making it convenient to everything. Just a great place overall, highly recommend!

Clean and well supplied

Excellent rental. Clean, lots of towels, complete kitchen, even beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella and a cart for transport. The beach is close! You can easily walk there. Bring ear plugs in case you can't sleep through the train that passes close by several times day and night. The third floor bedroom is up a spiral staircase, The ceiling has lots of angles, so it is easy to hit your head, especially if you are tall. Just pay attention!

Love Ocean Park Meadows!

We’ve been staying in the condo for a few years now and just love Ocean Park Meadows! It has a great pool and just a short walk to the beach! The condo is just what is needed for a beach vacation house. Owners provide everything needed from beach and bath towels and linens to coffee and all beach necessities like beach toys, chairs and the very helpful beach cart to carry it all in. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place. Quiet, clean very well appointed. Plenty of beach items - and a cart to help transport them. More than enough towels and linens for our group of 4 adults and 1 teen. Washer dryer was a bonus. Nice decor - we knew we were at the beach! Beds were comfy; nice to have a front and back outdoor sitting area. Very nice complex and amenities. Would definitely return and recommend!.

Tout était parfait dans ce joli condo, bien aménagé, tranquille, avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour des vacances réussies avec des enfants . A hidden gem

This place was amazing! The location is perfect. From the quick walk to the beach, or the 1 mile walk to the pier. It's safe, quiet, and comfortable. It had all the amenities of home, the owner makes sure you don't need to bring anything! And with our family of 5, we had plenty of room. Would recommend staying here for sure. Look forward to booking for next year!
