Regency 620 Private Top Level By Suite Paradise

This three-bedroom three-bath vacation rental home in the enviable Poipu Kai Resort does not disappoint. With central AC, you will be sure to stay cool with or without the soft trade breezes. Ideally located within walking distance of the sandy shores of Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach, and any of the three pools within the Regency complex, you will never have to venture far to enjoy a day in the sun. The high-vaulted ceilings will invite your group to relax in the living and dining areas, with the option to step out onto an outdoor lanai with distant ocean and mountain views. Located on the top floor, and in the corner unit, this home offers guests a private and serene tropical experience.
With three bedrooms and baths, there is plenty of space to sleep your group of up to six people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a bathroom en suite, and a jacuzzi tub. It also features its private lanai surrounded by plumeria trees. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a king if need be,) and shares the downstairs guest bathroom. Need more space? No problem! The loft bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom.

This home was a great place for our stay with family. Loved the decks, location to the beach, natural light, kitchen was stocked well. Just remember coffee filters are needed. Thank you!

Great Location/Solid Property

We stayed at the property to start our 2023 and loved our stay on Poipu. Each day started out with a quick trip to the beach (easy to access by foot) with all the toys we needed from the owners including a wagon. The property itself was great. The 5 of us (wife and I + 3 teenagers) had space. The unit layout is great. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We had 1 issue that was resolved in about 30 minutes. They were prompt. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A quick trip to a grocery store or Costco was all that was needed to eat at home. Restaurants are nearby and very good. One recommendation is to have a reservation. We can't wait to visit the property again!

Quick Kauai Vacation

Great location and easy access to all activities except North Shore. But you should make a day trip for that one since there is a lot to do up north. The unit was great for 5 adults and had beach items for use if you wanted them. Parking spaces are tight if you have a large vehicle. The resort offer lots of amenities but we were pretty busy and didn’t get to use them all. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Nice property. Has everything you need. Beach is a short walk away and pool is right outside the door. Carpet is a little spotty- lights in living flicker a bit- electricity issue. Otherwise clean and pleasant.
