About this property

We have availability this summer for your family vacation. Our lovely lakefront home has a dock with boat tie up, 125' of lake frontage, fire pit, 2 living room spaces, TV/internet, fully equipped kitchen, open front porch. There is one downstairs bedroom with a double bed. the upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds: 2 of them have 2 single beds each. We are on a quiet street near Cheneys Point.

We ask our summer renters to provide their own
Bed linens and towels. Kitchen towels are provided. Thank you

The good & the not so good!

Perfect lake view and dock access to use lake. Sandy bottom starts about halfway out dock. Lawn perfect for sitting, reading, relaxing or a lawn game. Dishwasher so rusted out that dishes fell through the broken areas. All fry pans had seen better days.

Vacation time

Very nice house and excellent location. Disappointed that for all that money there was no gas grill for cooking! Squirrels or rodents running across the ceilings at 6am was not pleasant either.

Nice place for lake activities.

Enjoyed our stay. The addition of a propane grill would be a nice add for cookouts.

Family Vacay

The house is spacious and sits on a lovely piece of property on Lake Chautauqua. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, the bedrooms are large. A first floor bedroom and bathrooms were perfect since my husband has trouble with stairs. Beds were decently comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is older and no A/C. And We happened to spend the hottest most humid week but were comfortable with all the large fans they had. It cooled down at night. The water around the dock isnt real deep and was perfect for my granddaughter who is learning to swim. The outside porch that faces the lake gives shade all day, and if you want sun there are lounge chairs on the grass. We enjoyed spending time at this house.
