Hidden Hills is a dog-friendly cabin situated in the woods of the Smoky Mountains. Surrounded by trees, you will be completely immersed in a peaceful, natural setting. The home’s living area features an electric fireplace, lots of windows, and a flatscreen satellite TV/DVD player. There is also an open loft area complete with board games, darts, movies, books, a TV, and a sleeper sofa. The back deck lets you enjoy the mountain air and sunshine in comfortable recliners.

This cabin is located only minutes from Dillsboro and Cherokee, both of which have many options for dining and shopping. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is close by as well, allowing you to explore the mountains while hiking, biking, fishing, or rafting.

It is a very beautiful home, private and well stocked. Only thing was not very good internet, of course it is secluded. You do need 4 wheel drive very steep drive

This is perfectly situated at the end of the mountain road, just scerene, peaceful and large wrap around partly covered porch. Love this home. It had everything we needed. It has no real yard if you bring a dog, really just a driveway. Very comfy beds and couches. Towels and pots/pans made everything more convienent. Speedy reply when I needed help with the wifi. We will definitely return!

Smokey Mountain Trip

Love how the cabin looks and that has everything that we need to make our stay comfortable. The only downside is the the cabin is located on the hill and the road was steep. Small car is not a good idea to drive up the hill

Beautiful

Cabin was beautiful and had plenty of room. It was clean and well maintained. Loved that movies were available for us to entertain our son. It was away from others allowing for privacy. The only complaint would be the trash can outside were pretty full when we arrived making it difficult to put our trash in them when checking out. Not a deal breaker and would stay again

Very hard to get to due to very steep gravel hill. Hair in the shower, very dirty air filter for the place and outside grill needed a good cleaning. We were very disappointed!

Very relaxing

We had a great time the place was exactly as advertised we had everything we needed. the hot tub was very clean and we enjoyed going in every afternoon. the drive up to the cabin was not as bad as we thought it would be but still a steep incline, we did fine in our Chevy Equinox. The only complaint we had was the cabin was not ready till after 4:30 and with bringing the dog we stood in the driveway waiting for the cabin to be finished for a half hour

Clean and comfortable

Very secluded with no view except woods. Sharp turn to driveway. There was a smell in the downstairs bathroom that I could not find but I think it may have been from the a/c vent. When I closed the vent and covered it with the rug and added room freshener, it was better. All in all, the stay was very good. I have stayed in msny cabins and this one was in the top picks. Thanks. It’s a nice place but whatever you do DONT turn the lights off especially in the kitchen. The roaches will literally carry your things off. Awful roach problem

Nice get away

We booked this property for the hot tub. We were reimbursed and told that the hot tub was no longer there about a month in advance. So that was a bummer but other than that we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived on Monday, that trash cans outside were full but Tuesday morning they were taken care of. Took us 2 hours to figure out how to connect the TV to the internet (use info on the router box connected to the TV). You are on top of a hill with a view mostly obstructed by trees. Overall, a clean place that we enjoyed for a week.

Not as Advertised

If you plan on this being the cabin you rent bring a vehicle that can handle the road into the cabin. The road is not very friendly on smaller vehicles. Also it is advertised as 3 bedroom, there is not a third bedroom. They are counting an open loft with a hideaway as a bedroom which leaves you no privacy. With 3 adult couples we specifically needed 3 full rooms and I didn’t pay to sleep on a sofa but a sofa is what I got. Aside from that the cabin was clean and it was close to Cherokee.

Where is it?

I was sent an email the afternoon of check in. The email talks about lack of phone service. The email gave directions to the property but I was already in the mountains and did not get the email. I had no way of getting ahold of the property manager. No phone number or email. Not even a name. We went so far as chasing down a mailman, but even he didn’t know where it was. In desperation we stopped at the bed and breakfast. They could not accommodate us but he helped us find our way to the property. If the email would have been sent 2 days ahead of check in, we could have had those directions to find the place. Even if we could not figure it out, someone local would have been able. Once we found it, the place was great.

The privacy was great. The cabin was beautiful and comfy. We had no problems at all with the cabin. The steep/hill to get there was a little unnerving. A warning would have been nice.
