Une machine à laver la vaisselle, le linge, four, sèche cheveux... 🙁 L'isolation, la fenêtre de la chambre ne ferme pas correctement, du vent passe... La vmc be peut pas être coupée la nuit et fait du bruit. La baie vitrée pour aller sur la terrasse est très difficile à manipuler. J'ai finalement mal dormi à cause du bruit et je ne pouvais pas mettre dé boule quies car besoin d'entendre mon réveil."

Très bien mais à rénover

Cet appartement est superbe tant par sa vue que par son originalité. Il possède un gros potentiel mais demande à être rénové car de nombreux éléments sont détériorés. Le parking est très pratique. Le personnel de l'agence qui gère est au top.

L'Horizon "Une vue à couper le souffle ! Même quand on ne regarde pas par la fenêtre grâce au mur de mirroirs. Domage de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres, surtout s'il fait très chaud. Des stores ou doubles rideaux permettraient de ne pas faire rentrer trop de chaleur pour cet appart plein sud (ce qui est aussi un vrai bonheur) Le mobilier a un peu vécu et impossible d'allumer les télés mais si on vient ici, ce n'est pas pour regarder un écran mais dehors. je reviendrai si je suis de nouveau de passage à Rennes."
