This Lake Murray waterfront home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large open floor plan den, dining and kitchen area, plus a large screen porch with great views of the dock and water. New addition completed Spring 2024 to add living space. New flooring windows, HVAC in 2018 with new furniture in study and den and a sizable kitchen that is all that you need. Primary bathroom remodel completed in 2021 and upstairs bathroom remodel in 2024.
All beds are queen size and you can easily sleep 8 in this lovely house. The property is conveniently located 6 miles off of Interstate 26 in the beautiful Town of Chapin. A minimum 4-night stay is required to book, and weekly rentals are available.

This home is in a family friendly area. House includes up to date appliances with double ovens, new HVAC system, Wi-Fi and streaming services for TV. The dining table seats 8 with additional counter seating. Awesome water views and good water depth. There are 2 paddle-boards, life jackets, a dock, 2 new large decks, a hammock and a gas grill for your use. If you plan to bring your boat, there is a nearby boat launch at Epting's Landing. Chapin has 3 grocery stores less than 5 miles from the house.

The house was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could have needed with the exception of linens and towels. The view of the lake was amazing and the inside of the house was cozy and inviting. We would love to stay again.

Great everything!! Location and home are perfect. Earle was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with a couple extra requests. Peaceful Perfection!

This property is so very clean and well maintained. It sits on a gorgeous piece of lakefront in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need. We highly recommend and hope to be back next year.

Excellent Location and Beautiful House

This is our third year staying with this host at this property. It is perfect for our group and the location is great. Close to grocery stores and restaurants yet far enough away that it is very peaceful and quiet. The host is fantastic and very responsive. We even got to meet Timmy the dog from two doors down!

Family lake retreat

This home is spacious and elegantly cozy. The kitchen is equipped with your every need. The view is every changing across the lake...beautiful. We had such good time sipping coffee on the screened porch in the morning or while fishing off the dock. Spent the days swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. A true paradise!

Beautiful Water view. Exceeded expectations

Our family had a lovely week at this lake house! The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is warm and inviting with plenty of space for three couples and a teenager. It was spotless upon arrival and it’s clear it’s a very well-maintained home. In addition, it is also the most well-stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. It has everything you might need. Communication was easy and pleasant. The lot is a perfect lake lot and the cove was great! The view of the water from inside the house and of course, from the amazing screen porch was awesome. We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Property and Location

The house is beautiful and accommodates (4) couples perfectly. A lot of laughs were had around the dining room table playing games. The neighborhood is perfect for a morning walk. The owner is absolutely the best! Very responsive and accommodating. This is the second year for our group and everyone is already talking about booking the property for next year. Thank you!!

Beautiful Family Vacation Home

This vacation home was better than the pictures show. The owner has accommodations for everything we needed from extra chairs on the deck to a baby gate. The screened porch was my favorite spot with 8 rocking chairs to hold my grand babies, share with my adult children, and watch the sunset. It was absolutely beautiful!

Great Neighborhood

The house was very accommodating for (4) adult couples. The kitchen is large enough for several individuals to prep and cook the meal, the wet bar by the front door was a pleasant surprise, the large dining room table was great for eating and playing games, and the den area was perfect. All of the bedrooms and baths were great. The screened in porch was perfect! The neighborhood is perfect for your morning or evening walks. The owner was very accommodating and willing to answer questions prior to booking the property. This property will definitely be at the top of our list for next year.

No Regrets!

You will not be disappointed with this house! The neighborhood is so peaceful, the house is clean and very well stocked. Top of the line all the way! The owner is great to work with and very easy to contact. The outside areas are fantastic. The very large screen porch and the two side porches give ample room to enjoy all the unobstructed views of the lake. Even the dock has a great sitting area to enjoy. We will be back, and this will become our go-to Lake House!

Girlfriend Road trip and Reunion

Great Location and plenty of space for 5 friends. Loved being able to get out on the water on the paddle boards. Only downside was having to bring towels and linens for the beds. 3 bathrooms was great but only had partial rolls of toilet paper in some bathrooms, so needed to buy extra for the week. Overall great place to stay though!

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed staying here for an early October weekend. We loved spending mornings taking in the lake views on the rocking chairs. There is a bathtub so washing our young kids was fine. It worked well with grandparents on the bottom floor and us with kids in the top two bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Fall Wedding

Family and friend stayed here after attending my son's wedding nearby. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. The view was awesome. Just the quiet and peace we needed after the wedding was over. We were able to do some fishing and dock our boat at the home as well. Would highly recommend for your family vacation.

My family has owned a house on Dutchman Shores Circle for over 50 years and has many great memories of the Lake. We use the home as our second residence, but do want to share when available.

Why they chose this property

This is a safe and established neighborhood, a great family retreat, great water and views. Our family also enjoys walking the Dutchman Shores Circle loop of 1.7 miles.

What makes this property unique

The Den & Kitchen walls and ceiling are paneled with cedar planks, which gives it a warm and inviting area to gather. The porch is huge, with 8 large rocking chairs to enjoy the water views.
