2bedroom 2 bathroom open first floor plan condo. Close to restaurants and shopping, and right off the Barbee Bridge (old bridge). Close to Caswell Beach and golf course. Tile and wood laminate floors throughout with carpeting in bedrooms. Half mile to direct public beach access with shower available. Common unit storage for bikes (3 minute bike ride to beach access) or beach gear. Laundry provided in unit. First floor unit with outdoor patio space available for hanging out or grilling.

Nice property

The property was very clean and cutely decorated! We had a very enjoyable time as it was super close to all the activities we did while there. Our family of 6 fit nicely without feeling cramped! Would definitely stay again.

Our condo is just enough for a quick or long getaway for families. It's in the heart of everything but still nestled in a quiet setting. A quick walk or car ride to many places including historic Southport!
