Located at the end of a small subdivision of a dozen houses privatized by an electric gate and overlooking the Saint Gilles national road, Villa Mumu974 has a salt swimming pool, a sea view with an exotic wooden deck. It is located between the two most beautiful beaches of Saint-Gilles: Les Roches Noirs, Boucan Canot. 5 mins by car.
Access to the house is via an electric gate and 6 cars can park there easily, see 10 by tightening.

The villa can accommodate 14 people comfortably and consists of:
- a veranda of 30 m2 not overlooked with a view of the sea. A square table of 1.80m can accommodate 12 guests in a very friendly way.
