In the middle of the greenery ... in Bourg Saint of all convenience discover our cottage classified 3 stars and 4 crystals in a rustic and modern with all the comfort to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
The beds will be made upon arrival and you will enjoy fully 1200 m2 of enclosed grounds with terrace, barbecue and deckchair.
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a very bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, raclette or fondue) , crepe party ...), 2 toilets including 1separé, TNT, wifi, DVD player.
Garden with open view located at the end of a dead end road that serves only 2 houses in a quiet residential area at 2 m from the bike path.
Large closed garage for your bicycles, skiing, motorcycles, canoeing, kayaking, sledging, snowboarding.

Final cleaning fee: 150 euros

Possibility to rent a bath towel: 5 euros per person

Its ideal location allows you to access the funicular in 3 minutes by car for a direct climb to Les Arcs to ski on the field LES ARCS PARADISKI (Les Arcs / La Plagne)

Very smart chalet in a lovely quiet location with great views

We had a great stay in the summer of 2018 when we were in Bourg St Maurice for some cycling (which was amazing!). The chalet is in a quiet location, 20 minutes walk from the centre of the village and the bars and restaurants. I'm sure you could find closer accommodation but the location and views make it worth the short trip to town. The chalet is very well appointed and comfortable with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and very relaxing living space with lovely views. The garage was a great help to store our bikes in. Overall a great trip, thanks!

Maison a Bourg St Maurice

Tres belle maison style chalet, très bien équipée et super bien décorée. On y trouve tous les équipements qu il faut. Elle se trouve au bout d une impasse donc parfait pour les enfants. Nous y avons passé un super séjour.

Het huis is een uitstekende optie voor een groep die ‘s zomers een weekje sportief bezig wil zijn rond Bourg-Saint-Maurice: voldoende slaapplaatsen, ruime kamer & keuken, buitenterras en grote garage voor de fietsen. Top!
