Lovely beach getaway with all the comfort of home. Fully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home set on .35 acre just a short walk to local shops, restaurants and ferry to Ho-Hum, Bellport Village's private beach on Fire Island. Spacious backyard with stunning saltwater pool, large deck + BBQ. Wide, light-filled open plan kitchen, dining + living space that accommodates up to 6 adult guests. Air conditioning, WiFi, smart TV w/ Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Alarm, Driveway for 2+cars.
Our house is a Dutch Colonial from 1940 and has been fully renovated in 2013, so you get the old charm and the modern updates! Everything in the house is brand new: kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, range...), indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, towels... The deck has a brand new table that can sit 8 people comfortably. We love our home and we hope you will too!
