Very nice studio with a high ceiling of 2m50, very bright and very airy balcony overlooking a quiet alley, close to the rue de la Convention, the Rue du Commerce and all these shops and transport. The studio is totally renovated, new bathroom, kitchen and with all the necessary equipment, furnished with comfort. You have Internet access with fiber, television. Optimal security with an armored door and a building entrance door with badge. The metro, the bus are 5 minutes, the tram 2 metro stations .. Vélib station and scooters nearby. Center Beaugrennelle with these shops and cinema 15 minutes. Parc des Expositions at 2 metro stations. Ideal location to spend wonderful moments in Paris for visiting tourist sites such as the Eiffel Tower located 10 minutes by bike. Strong discount from 28 days rental.

Bonjour, La description de la studette est bien spécifiée dans l annonce. Il aurait fallu peut être mieux la lire. Effectivement il est difficile d'accueillir 2 hommes plutôt costauds dans un espace de 15m2. Concernant la poubelle, à votre demande je vous ai précisé où elle se trouvait à l extérieur. Je trouve votre appréciation décalée comparativement au prix très compétitif et a la situation de la studette De plus, lors de votre départ vous m avez dit avoir passé un excellent séjour et que l'emplacement était idéal. J espère que la suite de vos vacances c'est bien déroulée. Bien cordialement Christina

Great Studio in the Heart of Paris!

My stay in this studio was exactly as expected. It offers a great accomodation for shorter or, like in my case, a little longer stay of two months, as it is very well equipped. All kitchen utensils as well as towels and bedsheets were available in a high quantity. In the kitchen, the appliances work well and it is definitely possible to cook a homemade meal if desired. The bathroom also works fine, the shower is just a bit small, but okay for everyday use. A big bonus is the included washing machine in the apartment! The wifi and television work perfectly. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The studio is located in the 15. Arrondissement and is about 5 min away from Metro stations Boucicaut (line 8) and Convention (line 12) which both lead directly into the city. Bus stations are available even closer. The area around the apartment is nice and calm, as no big street is directly in front of it. A little boulangerie and grocery shops are available nearby. Overall I can recommend the studio to everyone wanting to stay in Paris for a while, it is clean, close to the center and offers a lot of comfort despite of its little size!
