Enjoy the sunrises from your own private balcony!  This unit has beautiful ocean views! Take a stroll along the beach or a relaxing dip in the beautiful pool area. This unit is fully renovated and sure to fit your families needs. The floor plan combines the living and dining room with open space to the kitchen, which is the perfect layout for everyone to be together. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. Just behind the kitchen houses the washer and dryer. There is a half bath on this level for easy access. This unit has cable TV and internet. Upstairs in the master bedroom there is a King bed and an in-suite bathroom. Second bedroom also has private access to the bathroom.

Saturday to Saturday only during the summer season.

2nd Floor Entry, Two-Story Villa.

This unit does not allow pets.
For the guest's safety, the front doorbell is a ring camera.

We loved our stay on Amelia Island. The condo was well located and private. Beaches were less crowded near the condo as well. Everything in the unit worked perfectly and looked like the photos.

Fantastic condo right on the water

We had a lovely stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as pictured. Bed was very comfortable. Furnishings were all updated and well-cared for. Condo was very, very clean. Location was fabulous- steps from the ocean with an unbelievable view from the living room or balcony. It was perfect for an unobstructed view of the sunrise each morning. Everything was top-notch. We would rent this spot again and recommend it to others.
