Our stay

Very nice and secluded. Great fishing. Very clean cabin. But no railing along the steep steps leading from the road to the cabin. Also, no hot water for two nights. We were able to use the cabin next door to shower. Also, no emergency contact number.

This cabin was one step above camping in a tent.

Cabin remodeling was incomplete. No ceiling light in kitchen/livingroom area. None of wall switches worked. No paring knife, cutting board or large bowls. Pots and pans were worn out/No lids. Towels/washcloths were old/tattered rags. Beds/mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. No TV without us purchasing Roku and internet was out half the time. Way overpriced!!

Family Vacation

Everything was great! Loved the boat ramp access right by us and a pool across from where we were. Only thing “wrong” was the WiFi didn’t work in our cabin. We had to be outside or across the gravel for it to work for us. We will definitely rent again if/when we come back! It was pet friendly and everyone in the neighborhood was very polite!

Lovely end of Summer getaway

We enjoyed the experience of cabin camping so close to the cove. Feeding the fish and ducks, swinging, and campfires were daily fun. It was like stepping back in time a bit, away from all the hustle and bustle of life. I think we all relaxed and unwound.

Great fishing cabin

Beautiful lake. The property is shared with multiple cabins and condos, so it feels a little congested at times. Definitely a guys rental, simple, basic. 95% of women won’t feel comfortable with the accommodations or condition of the docks. It sits on the opposite side of all the touristy attractions and have to cross a toll bridge to get to shopping and most restaurants. All in all,enjoyable for the price, kids had fun, but probably not the best for your lady friends. Management always responded quickly.

Mold and Mildew

The air conditioner leak inside the house which made the carpet wet. It was so musky and smelly we only spent one night there. We found another cabin to rent and just ate the cost of this one.
