The basement is fully furnished with a 65" Roku smart tv in the media room, billiards room with pool table, darts, Bedroom with King Size memory foam mattress and Bathroom with a step-in shower.

This house is located within walking distance to the historic Broadmoor Hotel. It is a 5-minute drive to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, with an elevation of 6,800 feet above sea level, it is the highest zoo in America and ranked the #4 best zoo in North America. For those visiting the Air Force Academy, it is a short 25-minute drive. Close to downtown and Old Colorado City, both have plenty of local shops and restaurants. An 18-minute drive will take you to Cave of the Winds located near the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Tours of the cave are given daily. 16 minutes in your car will take you to the famous Garden of the Gods, where you can ride a bike or take a walk on the trails.

Good house and location

Was a couple night stay to see Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Zoo and this was the perfect spot for our family with small kids. House as described.

Great home that is very comfy!

The house is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Spacious and accommodating we moved staying here. The host had a few snacks ready and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

Perfect location for a quick weekend to visit friends and family. Easy check in. Decently appointed kitchen. Beds slept fine. Good temperature in the home. Plenty of space to spread out and lounge. Clean.
