Close to shops (bakery, grocery, house of the press ...), the marina and the sea bus to access the old port and the city center of La Rochelle.

Très bon séjour proche de la plage

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires dans un logement fonctionnel avec vue sur la mer et sur l'ile d'Aix. Propreté impeccable, je recommande, logement très bien placé entre le port de plaisance et la plage avec de nombreux restaurants et toutes les facilités. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Dès notre arrivée, le quartier est une station balnéaire très cool où l'on constate de suite son caractère décontracter. Les places de parking sont gratuite et en nombre face à la résidence. La résidence CAP 239 est très bien entretenue. Cela a été une agréable surprise de rencontrer des propriétaires aussi attentionnés et nous donnant autant d'information sur les activités à faire dans la région ainsi que les bon plans pour la restauration. L'appartement est très bien étudier pour le rendre fonctionnel. A noter que la résidence est très calme dans l'ensemble malgré le nombre d'habitant en cette période de l'année. Vous l'aurez compris, nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour. A refaire certainement !

Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Es war ein super schöner und entspannter Urlaub mit unserer Enkelin. die Ferienwohnung war fast perfekt. Die Ausstattung - bes. der Küche - war gut bis sehr gut. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ruhig. Bis zum Strand waren es nur wenige Schritte und gegenüber viele Restaurants von bezahlbar bis sehr gut und auch "bezahlbar und gut" war gegeben.
