Guest Cottage in Downtown Weaverville

Our guesthouse is a newly renovated cottage located in downtown Weaverville, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 min from downtown Asheville. We are walking distance to restaurants, shopping and breweries, all in the heart of Downtown Weaverville. We are also a short driving distance to hiking, biking, more restaurants, breweries and fun in Asheville. The guest space is a perfect a couples getaway or a personal retreat. The cottage has lots of light, vaulted ceilings, making it feel very spacious and cozy all at the same time!

We are so glad you are here to stay in our cozy cottage. Our names our Matt and Natalie Knauer. We are living life right next to you in the main house with our 2 kids (Addie and Bennett), and our chocolate lab Remus. He is very friendly and will welcome any pets that you have to give. Please make sure the gates are closed as you come and go so he stays in the fence. We have lived here for 20 years. We love exploring new restaurants, have old favorites, and frequently enjoy many of the outdoor experiences that our area has to offer. Please feel free to ask us any questions about where to go and what to do. Our hope is that you are able to relax, and enjoy your time in Weaverville and the surrounding area.
