Welcome to a gem in the heart of the capital of Drôme Provençale.

It is on the outskirts of Nyons that this haven of tranquility offers you a panoramic view of the Serre-de-Reynier, while being close to the many amenities that the city can offer you: restaurants, shops, walks ...
The fenced pool on its large garden with olive trees will offer you relaxation and pleasure. In the extension of the swimming pool, a large wooden terrace offers a breathtaking view, accompanied by a barbecue allowing you to enjoy the sunny days.
To keep you entertained with your children, a large pétanque court provided with boules, swings, a slide and a panel of board games are at your disposal.
In addition, the household linen (sheets, towels ...) is provided, as well as the consumable (coffee, filters, pods, teas, juice, pasta, rice, oils, spices, etc.), with Wi-Fi, TV and NETFLIX package included.
Also note that baby essentials (cot, changing table, high chair, bathtub, plastic dishes) are available.

Maison neuve avec plancher rafraîchissant. Très appréciable. Maison très propre. Très bonne literie. Piscine au top. Petit bémol sur la vaisselle. Pas assez de plat pour 7, manque des couvercles. En ce qui concerne l extérieur pas assez de bain de soleil. La piscine est trop proche de la baie vitrée (en plus il y a le grillage de sécurité) ce qui laisse peu de place pour manger. À 3 min de Nyons. Lotissement extrêment calme. Pas un bruit. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour

Vacances très relaxante dans cette belle maison au calme et très bien située. Maison très bien équipée, belle terrasse avec piscine, les enfants en ont bien profité tous les jours. Un plus, le bus électrique et gratuit qui vous emmène en ville. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réactif.Un grand merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour ressourçant

La maison correspond aux photos, elle est dans une impasse au calme et le salon a une vue magnifique sur les collines environnantes. Nous avons profité de la terrasse, et pu manger dehors. La location est très bien située, près de Nyons, de ses commerces (supermarchés, boucher, boulanger, tabac presse etc..), et de son marché (2 jours par semaine). Sa localisation permet aussi de visiter les environs (châteaux de Grignan et de Suze la Rousse, Orange...), et de profiter des sentiers pédestres nyonsais. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et agréable.

Prima woning en vriendelijke eigenaar maar het klopt niet helemaal wat op site staat

Het is een bovengemiddelde vakantiewoning maar een aantal zaken waren irritant. Wasmachine ging kapot ( eigenaar bood vriendelijk aan dat hij wel wilde wassen voor ons). Op de site stond dat er een droger was maar die ontbrak. We konden alleen buiten drogen en bij wat minder weer niet. Wij hadden een aantal dagen met regen niet wassen dus . Met 1 handdoek per persoon wordt dit wel erg moeilijk. Vindt de prijs dus noet in verhouding tot de woning.

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la drome. La vue est superbe et poétique et la maison de plein pied, parfaite pour une famille. Le plancher rafraîchissant était idéal, nous n’avons pas du tout souffert de la chaleur. Nous avons pu facilement rayonner pour visiter Grignan et les domaines viticoles. Un grand merci pour votre accueil et au plaisir de vous revoir !

Maison très propre et très accueillante. Bien située. Proche des ballades à pied et à 5 mn en voiture de Nyons. Le propriétaire est très réactif à nos questions et fait en sorte que tout se passe bien. Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour au calme au bout d’un chemin. Du coup la clôture non terminée à l’entrée qui nous semblait être un problème à l’arrivée pour les jeunes enfants ne l’a été à aucun moment. Maison bien adaptée aux jeunes enfants. Très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Nice and quiet stay

Well appointed rental; close to the center of Nyons and in the middle of the gorgeous Provençal’s Drôme well known for its Cotes du Rhône’s wines and olive trees. The medieval town of Nyons is well preserved with its market arcaded plaza. A must.

Nous voulions louer une villa au calme avec piscine! Quelle excellente surprise. La maison est belle et dans un endroit très calme, ensoleillée. Aucun vis à vis, aucun bruit, juste parfait. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, disponible et réactif. Nous avons adoré passer nos vacances dans cette belle et confortable maison...et qui sait peut être reviendrons nous!

Chouette maison à Nyons !

Le cadre est chouette et la maison très bien agencée. Deux petits bémols : il manquait les draps pour le canapé-lit et le lustre du salon est un peu bas. Malgré la pluie nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Nyons.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La piscine et la maison sont très agréables. Nous nous sentions en sécurité avec notre enfant de 18 mois (piscine totalement fermée et tout le nécessaire pour bébé : lit parapluie, chaise haute, petite baignoire). Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison du 15 au 29 août 2020. La discrétion du propriétaire va de pair avec sa disponibilité si besoin et sa sympathie. La location est fidèle à l’annonce : La maison se situe en effet dans un cadre verdoyant, au calme et se trouve dans un état de propreté impeccable. Badespaß in hübschem Ort mit Flair

Wir haben im Sommer 2020 eine Woche mit vier Kindern in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Pool und das Haus sind gut gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist praktisch. Der Poolbereich ist eingezäunt und komplett abschließbar. Die Tiefe ist ca. 150-160 cm. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotz der Häuser in der direkten Nachbarschaft blickgeschützt. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto, zwei große Supermärkte sowie eine Bäckereikette und ein richtiger Bäcker sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Nyons ist ein Ort mit touristischen Flair, urigen Winkeln und Gässchen, zahlreichen Restaurants usw. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und hat provencalisches Flair. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auch wegen des entspannten und netten Kontakts mit dem Vermieter sehr empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Hinweis: das Haus hatte zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes keinen Geschirrspüler.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa qui est parfaite ! Espace, propreté, calme, une vue magnifique , les cigales, la piscine, le terrain de pétanque à l’ombre , la proximité des commerces, la gentillesse de notre hôte ! Bref, nous avons très envie de revenir !!
