Cozzy home for rent in Denbigh

The guest complained about the grill at our home and we purchased a brand new grill and had it delivered within 3 hours of her call. The very next day she called about the new grill and stated she couldn’t get it started ....she asked for matches and a lighter as well (new grill). We sent someone over again but she declined to have them help her. The guest then called the third day and said the shower didn’t work. My wife called her and explained to her how to use it as every home is different. The 4th day the guest called and said the oven didn’t work but later realized she unplugged the oven by accident and later apologized for the email. The same day the guest contacted us again because she forgot the code to the front door. She demanded I come open the door 10pm-11pm at night . The home is smart so I was able to unlock the home from my phone. The guest complained about my home being dirty after staying 3 days . There were no initial complaints about my professionally cleaned home (have pics as well). Guest also seemed to wonder through restricted areas of my home . The guest mentioned dangerous wires but failed to mention the wires were cable wires to my modem wire for my cable box and security system . These wires are in the corner of the room (not live wires) as every home has these wires. Guest rearranged my bedrooms and even went as far and took out my $1000 area rug in my living room. My maintenance man made multiple trips to the house to accommodate the guest. She simply took advantage of our hospitality. “Unhappy people sometimes want to make everyone around them unhappy as well.”
