Chalet in the middle of the slopes - Low apartment - Sleeps 8

This alpine chalet is located in the middle of the Grand Bornand alpine slopes, preserving its original spirit with raw materials, sober and quality (wood, stone, metal). It is decorated with all modern comforts to make a beautiful, unusual and friendly place where we can receive family and friends in the countryside.
In summer, the road ends at the cottage, with direct access and 4 parking spaces in front of the chalet. This road is then transformed into a path that goes into the pastures and allows in particular to make the tour of Lachat, then leads to the Col des Annes and further Pointe Percée. Passing the Col de Chatillon, we descend into the valley of Bouchet to go up in the combes of Aravis. Going down to Chinaillon, you go back to the Col de la Colombière (mythical for cyclists) or, right in front of the chalet, at the Lessy Pass, to go down on its small lake and cross a chamois.
A paragliding flight base is served by the chairlift Lachat located 200 m below.
In winter, it is located at the top of the Gettiers chairlift, access is preferential ski (we take care of the transport of luggage and food by riding them in snowmobiles).
The apartment has a large living room with a lounge area equipped with a TV and a wood stove, a kitchen area, with all contemporary equipment (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, kettle , coffee machine, toaster, mixer ...) complete the wooden table, sharing space for meals, aperitifs ... facing the bay window opening onto the landscape of the valley and mountains (Aiguille Verte, Roc des Tours, pass of Lessy ...).
A completely independent room with WC, shower and washbasin constitutes the parental suite. (140 width bed)
A second bedroom is equipped with a parental bed (width 160) and two bunk beds way "refuge" (width 90)
2 bunk beds (width 90, length 200), were arranged in a third cabin-room.
A large bathroom with bath and double sink provides the necessary comfort, at the beginning and end of the day, in moments of affluence in bathroom.
An independent WC, isolated and close to the living room, completes the installation.
This apartment has a terrace with direct access to the outside.
This apartment can be completed by the superior apartment (capacity 10 people) to accommodate 18 people in total.
