The condo was spacious with easy access to the pool. There were two restaurants dockside. One was downstairs from the condo and the other was conveniently located across the parking lot. Good food at both!

Very clean...Great Location for the event we came in town for. Lots of restaurants close by. Pool was nice. Spacious unit. Parking spot provided was a bit challenging with our pickup truck we brought. Definitely recommend this unit.

My family and really enjoyed this location. Location to the pool, beaches and food was all walking distance. Would go there again. Only beef i had was the laundry area, the washer was full of mold so i was not able to wash like i wanted . I did contact them and they said they would be taking care of that.

Very clean and great location! The only thing to note is that the walk-out to pool is super convenient and would be ideal for small children, there are 3 pool lounge chairs that are positioned RIGHT outside the Master bedroom window that are used by ALL guests. Pool hours are 10a-9p. The blinds in the Master are very light so you can see those sitting right by your bed. While those outside only see your shadows, you can see them and hear their conversations, etc. Not a deal breaker, but just something to note.

Great condo and location, beautiful setting right on the bay and central to all the restaurants in Dewey. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and the owners made the process for check in very easy to follow.

Pet friendly and clean room. Unfortunately there were renovations during our stay which required a move to a different room. We had also hoped to use the outdoor grills shown in listing, however they were absent from the outdoor area during renovations.

We had a very nice stay. The condo is immaculate and the direct access to the pool from the patio is an added bonus. The hosts were very responsive too. Definitely would stay again.

Great property for a family stay

The condo was very clean next to the outdoor pool, the kids loved that and gave me and my wife some moments of peace. loved the full size bunk beds for the kids, and the location was great. My wife was impressed with the condo and is very much open to coming back again in the future.

Our host Linda was wonderful, a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture would give it 5 stars. The bed also was not very comfortable.Kitchen was nice as well as bathrooms.

Amazing Start of Summer Vacation

This condo was perfect for a start of summer vacation. The place was well decorated and incredibly maintained, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we could walk out to the pool (which was great for the kids). The location is perfect too. It’s a 5 minute walk to a ton of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the beach is just across the street. Highly recommend this place.

Great spot in Dewey

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residences. It was close to the beach and the bay, restaurants and shopping. The pool was fun for the kids and had a great view of the bay. We also enjoyed the live music we could hear from our patio ( but not inside). The condo was spacious for our family of 4, clean, comfortable, modern and coastal. I highly recommend Dewey Post around the corner for brunch. Would rent again!
