This designer decorated 2-bedroom condo at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove offers a view of the Rehoboth Bay. It is 1 block from the ocean as well. There is a private outdoor pool for The Residences & their guests only. Two assigned parking spaces inside the private garage. Walk to all the restaurants and bars. King size bed in master with beautiful shower, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and Flat screen TV. The living area also has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with an island for extra seating, as well as round table with 4 chairs. Guests have access to the indoor saltwater pool and fitness room.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and exactly as the pictures show. We loved being right on the bay, an easy block from the ocean and about 30 steps to the outdoor pool. The pool was a hit with my boys! Robin was responsive and easy to work with. Will be glad to return next summer!

This is one of the best condo rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Beyond clean, gorgeously decorated, and very family friendly. Right in the middle of everything! Would love to come back next summer!

We’ve stayed at a lot of places in Dewey and this was one of our favorites. Super clean, comfortable beds and lots of space. The pool is beautiful and the proximity to the beach and restaurants is great. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Rough start at check in. Instructions unclear and many other people were confused on how to locate the Residences. The Condominiums are connected to a hotel. Once we found the parking spot it seemed quite time consuming to unpack the car, bring our luggage and food to the condo. The place was very nice with a great view.

Quick Family Beach Trip

We had family in town and a Baseball tournament in DE so we stayed in a hotel with the team 2 nights then in this unit 2 nights. Hindsight we should have stayed in this unit the entire trip. It was perfect for our family of 6. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Only challenege i had was i drive an F150 so parking though ample was a challenge which is not fault of anyone just a good note for potential future tenants.
