We are looking forward to the 2024 Summer Season! Our Summer Rentals are Saturday - Saturday.

**The Primary Renter must be 21 yrs of age and staying at the Condo during the entire stay.
We DO NOT Rent to Minors = Under the Age of 21. No Parties or Events (10 people MAX) are Allowed at the Condo or Complex.**

Family Friendly / Great Value / Awesome Location - Close to Everything - Sleeps 6, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom w Tub/Shower, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Gas Grill, Comcast/Xfinity TV, WiFi Included.

• Easy access / ground-level condominium that sleeps 6.
No streets to cross to get to the beach (the Condo is on the Beach Block in Dewey Beach, Delaware - 5 buildings/homes to the Sand Dunes for the Atlantic Ocean).

Bedrooms
• Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms (Front bedroom has a Queen Bed & the other has 2 Twin/Single Beds) and there is a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area
• In addition to the bed(s) both Bedrooms have a dresser, mirror, and one bedside table and table light. The Front bedroom has 2 dressers and 2 nightstands
• Installed June 2020 brand new ductless mini split system - heat pump/air conditioning in both bedrooms with remotes and there are also baseboard electric heaters added for warmth during off-season stays.
• **Renters can Either bring their own Linens/Sheets and Towels OR they can be rented.

• Plenty of Pillows and Blankets provided.

Kitchen
• Galley Style Kitchen has all necessary glass/chinaware, utensils, and cookware, with a small microwave, small electric oven with 4 burner stovetop, air fryer, Mr. Coffee Maker (plenty of coffee filters available in the condo not sure about the coffee supply), dishwasher, & washer/dryer - now including 2 baking sheets and some cleaning supplies for the house and the dishwasher/washer.
• If you plan on cooking we do provide some aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and/or zip lock bags if you finish a roll of aluminum foil, plastic wrap or a box of zip lock bags please replace them for the next guest. You should bring any food, beverages, spices, or condiments you'll need during your stay. There should be kitchen and bathroom trash bags in the condo under the respective sinks. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink.

Bathroom
• 1 bathroom with updated fixtures, tiled, tub/shower (Tankless Hot Water Heater – Hot Water on Demand - once the water is hot it stays hot.) The bathroom ceiling has a heater to make the bathroom nice and warm on those occasional cold, rainy days.
• 2 hairdryers are provided
• 2 full rolls of toilet paper and 2 full rolls of paper towels should be in the Condo when you arrive and leave. Please leave good toilet paper!

Living Area
• Queen-size sleeper sofa, matching accent chair - does NOT turn into a bed, some games, 2 side tables with lamps, ceiling fan/light, TV stand, Flat-screen TV, dining table with 2 chairs, and baseboard heater.

TV/Internet
• Highspeed Xfinity/Comcast internet, and 2 TVs - one in the living area (Smart TV) and the other in the enclosed screened-in sun porch area, both with Xfinity/Comcast voice control remotes.


Screened-in Sun Porch
• 2 wicker chairs, matching wicker loveseat, table, 2 chairs (in addition to the dining chairs in the living area), a bench, and a shoe bench with 2 empty cubbies, wall mounted flat screen tv. Windows do open to enjoy the ocean's summer night breeze.

Common Areas
• Common areas for the 2 Buildings / 8 Condos: courtyard in between the buildings with 2 gas grills, ample Adirondack seating, 2 picnic tables, and 2 outdoor showers in the back.
• Bike racks in the back

Parking
• 2 Parking Spaces available - First is the Complex Parking Lot - front bumper in parking, Second is a Seasonal Parking Permit - If parking on the same side of the street as Complex you must forward park or you will be ticketed regardless if you have a seasonal parking permit displayed or not, the other side of the street you can forward or reverse park.

Pets
• Unfortunately Renters are NOT able to Bring Pets. The property (NO Pets Permitted.) (Some Condo Homeowners do have Pets - Renters Can NOT Bring Pets - HOA Rules & Regs - this might change in the future.) If you do bring a pet there will be a $250 additional charge which can result in immediate removal from the property with no refunds.

Additional Info about Renting
• Rentals are by the week during the summer and outside of the summer season a 2-night minimum is required.
• Multiple week or monthly rentals receive discounted prices based on market conditions.
• Message the Owner regarding the 2022 offseason and 2023 season.
