The space
LIVING AREA
Abundant natural light and contemporary decor create a welcoming vibe in the open living area. This well-designed living room is suitable for enjoying a perfect movie on the 65” TV or rounds of family games at the coffee table.

KITCHEN & DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
The modern kitchen features quartz countertops and a full suite of kitchen appliances.

When you’re ready to eat, perch at the breakfast bar, or gather at the eight-person dining table. Don’t forget the six-seated kids’ table, designed for the youngest among us!

The foosball table, cubes of toys and chalkboard offer ample space and hours of fun for all ages!

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 60” TV, and a private balcony with two lounge chairs. The en-suite bathroom offers a vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms on the second floor each offer a king bed and flat-screen TV.

One large size bedroom on the second floor has two twins over full bunk beds, a dream place for kids!

Downstairs, the fifth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk and a large flat-screen TV.

- This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - Guests violating this policy will be charged $500, plus any additional cleaning expense and may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
- Age: Above guest is at least 25 years of age and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates.
- Parent - Chaperoned groups : One parent chaperone must be present for every four guests under the age of 25. Parent chaperones must be present at the property at all times throughout the entire stay.
All rates include a 5% Fort Walton Tourist Development Tax. Please ask for monthly rates! Extra guest fee of $25/night/guest for the group over 11 guests.

Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
