A 5-minute drive from "Villa Dutchess" are shopping centers including well-stocked Publix supermarkets and various other shops and facilities, such as a gym, hairdresser, nail salon, liquor store and take aways. There is a sufficient selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The on-site property management is carried out by Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, a professional organization that you as a guest can rely on when necessary during your stay.
