This luxurious Alameda 2 bedrooms 2 full baths home is very comfortable. It is richly appealing and guest gets great pleasure in its opulence and peace of mind. The house is built in an upscale open floor plan design with lots of large windows to bring in the natural light. Its in a quiet neighborhood where guest can relax and enjoy there time away from home. It is a few blocks to the Alameda/Oakland ferry station on Main Street to San Francisco. It has AT&T internet 1000 (fiber 1 GIG) HIGH SPEED for the guest who may want to work from home. It has 2 FREE OFF STREET PARKING SPACES in tandem in front of the house. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. Everything in this house is upscale high quality. Newly built in 2019 in an old established quiet neighborhood of Alameda, CA. it is a few blocks from the USS HORNET MUSEUM and the Alameda/Oakland ferry station on Main St to San Francisco.

The kitchen has all top of the line modern and new appliances: Quartz countertops, built-in microwave oven, top of the line gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, BREAKFAST AREA with coffee maker, Peets ground coffee beans and tea bags for the guest who would like a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. There is a back deck, French doors from the master bedroom that leads out to the back deck, new stacked washer and dryer. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own ensuite private bathroom. Blackout curtains for a good night sleep. Bedroom #2 has 2 beds; 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. The room is large and accommodate both adult and children. We also offer a GRACO PACK N PLAY baby bed for the families with young infants.

This is a nicely furnished small house. (Most of the furniture and other amenities look new.) It is located in the north-western corner of Alameda, in a quiet neighborhood, about a 20 minute walk from Webster Street. We enjoyed staying there. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions and requests, e.g., concerning a somewhat later checkout.

Family vacation

the property was a great location and easy access to San Francisco. the ferry was extremely easy and convenient to use. there were plenty of great restaurants and bars in Alameda. the neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate around.

Clean, roomy with off-street parking. Washer and dryer were very convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well apportioned. Only used one bedroom, and it was very comfortable. Just outside of walking distance to Park Street in Alameda though it was still very convenient by car to dining and shopping. The neighborhood is a little tired, but we felt safe.

Sweet Cottage House

Darling little house in the West End of Alameda which was perfect for my visit with my family and visiting friends. The area is very quiet so a restful night's sleep was always had. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The seating in the kitchen was not very comfortable as the kitchen chairs had lost their support in the seat and the bar stools are too big and tall for eating at the peninsula island. Lighting is not great; no task lights so reading was awkward. Ceiling overheads only. Supplies were plenty and I didn't have to worry about running out of toilet paper or dish soap. There was coffee and filters to get me started until I could shop for myself. The entire house was immaculate. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and well equipped home away from home

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. It was just as described and in a quiet neighborhood. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen met our needs perfectly. Three real beds worked for three adult women. We hope to return again.

Lovely house!

This was a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Navy base with all its breweries, distilleries and eateries. The house is fully renovated and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and there are plenty of clean fluffy towels. We have nothing but good things to say and nice memories to keep.

Perfect Alameda Family Vacation

This was a perfect spot for a trip to Alameda for my family. My kids were taking windsurfing lessons at the nearby beach. The house was more spacious than I expected and easily housed our family of four and all our gear. So helpful to have two bathrooms and the twin beds for the kids. Everything was clean and easy to find what we needed.

The neighborhood is quiet. Its an easy walk to the Alameda Ferry station that take you to downtown San Francisco. Its also a few blocks from Bellena Bay where you can see San Francisco across the water. This house is modern, upscale and lots of space. Quiet. It stands alone on a big lot, a beautiful lawn in the front yard and provide the privacy most people need, whether it is an executive who needs a place to work or a family who need some quiet time.

What makes this property unique

This house has 2 bedroom and 2 baths. It is designed and built with the company executive in mind. It is modern. It has white Quartz countertops, white kitchen cabinets, an open concept, Straight grain cedar wood ceiling. These executives can share the house but be independent of each other. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has its own private bath and French doors that leads out onto the back deck. There is outside furniture on the back deck, table and chairs for dinning outdoors. At the same time the house is able to satisfy the needs of a family.
