Excellent property. Terrific amenities. Wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean and Arch Cape. Most of the living is on the second floor so everyone staying there needs to be able to walk a flight of steps.

Roy, So glad you enjoyed your stay at our home away from home in PDX. I personally love our location at the end of a quiet dead lane. Quiet with easy access to the beach. Winter time is also fun watching the ocean when it gets angry and has waves crashing into the offshore Castle Rock. We have seen waves crashing against and over that 163 foot high Castle Rock. BTW our rental rates during the winter are a great deal for our guests.

Great stay with a great view. The house is fully stocked with all of the basics and a lot more for an amazing trip to the coast. Everything I thought of had been thought of by the host already. The view was incredible. Beds were comfortable. The backyard was amazing.

We love this house, we have been back multiple times. There is plenty of beach gear, movies, puzzles and games. The outdoor shower is also a favorite so we aren’t tracking sand into the house. Location is excellent, easy walk to the beach and a beautiful view from the kitchen windows and balcony. Bob is a wonderful host, easy to get a hold of and always very friendly.

House was spacious and very clean. View was great and beach access close, although path was a bit tight with vegetation I think since we were early in the season and it hadn’t been trimmed yet. Overall great house and would return again. I was sad I couldn’t take the laundry room home with me it was amazing.

This is a wonderful home and a perfect retreat spot for our family following our wedding. The detailed craftsmanship and thoughtful, artful design touches made our stay extra special. Everything was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone. We loved the hot tub with little creek running by. The ocean views were beautiful. Access to the beach was easy and we even walked to Hug point and saw the waterfall on the beach. We were close to hiking areas and Manzanita/Nehalem for outings, and also enjoyed staying in with puzzles and games.
