A charming villa south, 3 double bedrooms + 1 bed sup, 2 bathrooms, large and beautiful garden with a 10m pool. Villa located at the foot of the center, the shops, the beach and the harbor. Leave your car and do everything on foot if you want. In a quiet street away from traffic. Ideally, slightly elevated with a magnificent 180 ° view of the hills and the center. Several tables for lunch or dinner, located in different parts of the house and the garden according to the desires of the moment. A large veranda overlooking the front of the house to enjoy the warmth while remaining in the shade. A house with contemporary and modern way for frequent use of the owners, with a lot of material left with confidence. This is not a rental home but home owner well maintained and equipped, and occasionally rented with great attention to the choice of tenants. Little meticulous tenants abstain.

Family Time

Lovely very well equipped house which is obviously a well loved family home. Lovely garden and pool with plenty of loungers and seating areas for both sun and shade. Location was superb as just a 5 minute walk to the promenade and all the facilities Cavalaire has to offer. Would highly recommend.

We loved it.

We were as a family with 2 adults and 3 children for 2 weeks in this great house. The house is very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. Ice machine included. A beautiful and spacious outdoor area with large pool. Very nice and attentive is the owner Eric: We had once a problem with the waste water. We wrote an email in the morning at 1000h and the same day in the afternoon at 1600h the problem was solved by a craftsman. Extraordinary great! We highly recommend the house and the whole region.

Sehr schöne Villa mit hohem Erholungswert

Eine tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtete Villa mit schönem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem mit kurzen Wegen zur Stadtmitte und zum Strand (jeweils ca. 5min walking distance). Herrlicher Blick auf die hügelige Landschaft und das Zentrum von Cavalaire-sur-mer. Direkter, netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in der Villa Monsempes und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Wir freuen uns schon riesig auf nächstes Mal!

Wunderschöne Villa!

Charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit großem Pool und wunderschönem Garten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Strand, Hafen, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter runden den positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr!

Well maintained property, lovely garden and lovely location.

The villa was very well equipped with mod cons, lovely furnishings, tv, good wifi, DVD player, aircon, lovely garden and pool.kitchen had everything you could need. This villa was a well maintained family home with lovely little personal touches. Pool and garden cleaned regularly. The location was really good with beach, marina, restaurants, shops just 5 min walk. Overall this was a beautiful property which I hope to visit again. The owner of this property was very helpful with any queries we had and left us with a very positive experience.

Great place for vacation

The house, pool and garden were meeting our expectations and we enjoyed it a lot. Everything is well equipped as promised and we felt very comfortable during our 2 weeks stay. The beautiful harbour, beaches, shops and nice restaurant are in walking distance which is a huge benefit. We would return to this house any time!

Very nice villa with all necessary comfort

A well equiped and maintained villa which offers every opportunity to relax and unwind in beautiful surrounding. The villa is at walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. Each room has airco. This is the second year that we have enjoyed the quit environment, the lovely garden, the swimming pool and the privacy. We definitely recommend to others. .

Great time in a beautiful villa

We've had a great time at the villa. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. Air condition, which is a must in this climate, can be individually set for each bedroom. The kitchen is extremly well equipped, big refrigerator with ice maker, washing machine, a lot of glasses and plates and other staff which we didn't even use. There is a TV in the living room and wireless internet which can be accessed from the garden and the pool. The villa has several terraces with tables and plenty of chairs for outdoor dining. There are a lot of flowers all around. The swimming pool was perfect for the long hot sunny days for some light relief. Next to the pool, there are sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The man, who takes care of the pool, ensured the water was clear despite a few windy days and a storm. He also gave as some hints where to eat and what to see. The location is perfect, very peaceful and secluded yet less than 10mins walk to the port nad beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. All in all, we can definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Superbe maison confortable et meublée avec goût. Située dans une rue calme, proche de toutes commodités. L'endroit est idéal pour passer des vacances en famille. Les chambre sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée et la pièce à vivre s'ouvre sur une terrasse et son jardin parfaitement entretenu. Un vrai bonheur. Nous nous réjouissons d'y retourner cette année.
