Lovely room with private bath available with private owner. Light and bright it has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, large closet, big window. It is upstairs so climbing required. The private bath has a shower, tub, large vanity.
The house was built in 2005. It is close to shopping, starbucks, groceries stores, Walmart, Target, and great restaurants. Easy to access I 25.
There is off street parking.

Hot work trip

Brenda is a wonderful person with a lovely home in nice neighborhood. I am glad I was able to meet her. During my stay the temperatures were in excess of 95 degrees, because the air conditioning was never turned on during my stay I was literally unable to sleep until it finally cooled down about 4am (I get up for work at 6). The list of amenities is completely inaccurate. Due to the high fees associated and because there are no amenities there is no value.
