South facing terrace and lounge with view over a field not overlooked.
Private parking (2 places). Not closed by gate.
Please note: part of the garden is on the edge of a ditch without a railing. Not suitable for young children.

super maison dans un environnement trés calme.

très bon séjour dans une super maison avec tout le confort, environnement très calme, à 5 minute de chatelaillon plage, 20 min de l'île de ré, 35 min de rochefort et 55 min de l'île d'oléron avec des plages magnifique à st trojan. quand à l'acceuil, Mme beaussier est super sympa et elle fait tout pour que l'on soit bien.
