Beautiful views over Mounts Bay. Cosy flat in the fishing village of Newlyn

This comfortable studio apartment is just a short walk away from Newlyn Harbour and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A perfect location for anyone attending a course at the Newlyn School of Art.

Sealanes is situated on the top floor of a granite terraced house overlooking the panoramic views of Mounts Bay, Penzance Harbour and Newlyn Fish Quay.

The spacious open plan accommodation is beautifully furnished to a high standard. There is a comfortable double bed with King sized duvet and crisp white bedlinen. Each guest is provided with a hand towel and bath sheet. The apartment has a large corner sofa which makes into a very convenient extra bed and under the window a round dining room table and chairs. An iron and small board are provided as is a hairdryer.
A smart TV sits on the wall which can be tilted towards either the bed or the sofa. There are a variety of books for you to enjoy and a pack of cards for you to play.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen for self catering. Tea and coffee are provided. There will be milk, biscuits and wine on arrival.
There is a spacious shower room with heated towel rail.

Outside the apartment is a courtyard garden with a seating area where alfresco dining can be enjoyed.

Parking is available for your car.

Thanks for a lovely stay. The flat is just as described, cosy, comfortable, well equipped and really nicely set out (and yes the view is awesome). Ali is a great host. The parking access is a little tricky but fine once you get the hang of it.

Property was lovely. Perfect size for a couple, great facilities, amazing views. Ali greeted us on arrival and was lovely. The only caveat I would add is the very narrow lane up to the parking spot and gravel by driveway wasn't helpful for grip and turning of car. But the stay was lovely, lots of nice eateries nearby and great sea views with a flat coastal path.

One of our best VRBO stays. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Ali provided eggs, coffee, tea, milk bread, butter and flowers (I probably forgot something. Would definitely stay here again.

Many thanks for your hospitality Ali. We truly enjoyed our stay at Newly, a few miles away from all the sightseeing sites in west Cornwall. Penzance is within walking distance with all the shops you need. The room has a very beautiful view over St Michael’s Mount. All of them for a reasonable price!

Great stay at Sealanes

A really lovely place to stay with everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring the far west of Cornwall and our l planned visit to the Minack. Friendly host who kindly found some picture books for our 4year old to enjoy during her stay. Super view out of the window- there’s always something to watch in the harbour or in Mounts Bay. Definitely plan to return.

A lovely well appointed flat that was perfect for our short break. Slightly tricky to find but excellent directions were provided. A really wonderful vacation

We are just back from a week in Newlyn and are recommending it to all our friends! The studio was the perfect size for the two of us, spotless and well organized. The view was incredible and the location exactly right. And most of all, Ali’s warm hospitality made our time there unforgettable. It was like visiting an old friend!!

Wonderful short break in Newlyn

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. In a great location for exploring Lands End and the surrounding area and attractions like St. Michael’s Mount, which we could see from our apartment. If driving take a small car as parking is a bit of a challenge! Ali was an excellent host. She made us feel very welcome and gave us some great tips. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again some day.

Very lovely stay in Newlyn

Many thanks again to Ali, We had a wonderful holiday in her comfortable apartment with a fantastic view onto the harbor and St. Michaels Mount and the Mount Bay. Newlyn is very nice with some excellent Restaurants (esp. fish) and Pubs. Good Supermarkets are located nearby (easy to reach by feed or Bus/Car). For sure the roads are steep, so you should love it to walk up and down a bit :-). To enter the terrace by car needs a little bit of practice, but even we Germans from flatlands were able to get by. Take the tips from Ali regarding that, then it’s easy.
