Guest Access:

Entire Cabin

The Neighborhood:

Perched in a quiet and private part of the Smokies, this cabin gives you full panoramic views of Mt. LeConte and the surrounding peaks. While it feels secluded and peaceful, you're just 3.5 miles from the energy of downtown Gatlinburg, with restaurants, bars, distilleries, and attractions ready to explore. Surrounded by wilderness, the area also offers access to scenic hiking and biking trails that connect you to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in under 10 minutes.

Getting Around:

Access to the cabin is fully paved and easy to navigate, with two private parking spaces included. You’re a short 3.5-mile drive from downtown Gatlinburg and minutes from multiple trailheads and scenic drives. While standard vehicles are fine in clear weather, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle for mountain travel, especially if you're visiting during snow or rain or planning to explore deeper into the Smokies.

Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

• Sleeps 4 guests maximum.

• Parking available for 2 vehicles.

• 4x4 drive recommended for mountain travel, especially during winter.

• Fireplace is gas and seasonal (typically October–March).

• Coffee makers include Keurig and drip—please bring your preferred coffee.

• Hot tub is cleaned, drained, and refilled between each guest stay. On check-in day, it may take time to reach your preferred temperature. Adjust settings as needed.

• Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry soap.

• Guests agree to communicate through the website messenger, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
