Our completely remodeled 1930’s home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths to suit the entire group. Beautiful stainless appliances and granite countertops will make cooking a joy in the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard has a gas fire pit for your enjoyment. No dealing with firewood or smoke - it is push-button and clean burning.

Enjoy all that downtown Charlevoix has to offer within a 5 minute walk. Shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment are in easy walking distance. Castle Farms is only 10 minutes away if a wedding or other event brings you to town.

If you’re just here to explore northern Michigan and all it has to offer, Bay Harbor, Petoskey and Boyne City are a 15 minute drive. The Upper Peninsula is a short hour away. Several beaches are close by, including Lake Michigan Beach, Ferry Beach, and Depot Beach.

Charlevoix offers many events during the summer months including craft beer festivals, farmers markets, art shows, boating and fishing events and a week-long party during Venetian Festival.

Charlevoix Perfection

Updated, clean home within walking distance to all Charlevoix has to offer. Nothing like watching the sunset and returning home to enjoy a great back deck, cozy gas fireplace and string lighting.

The property was clean, updated, and included modern high end finishes. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit and sitting are on the bask porch. The perfect place

We were traveling in for a family wedding and needed a place that would accommodate 8 family members. I am so glad I chose this rental. We took daily walks into town. Sat out on the large deck with fire pit every night, and the home had all the amenities you could ask for. I would highly recommend this home to stay at And I am so happy we did! It made our visit so enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. I have rented several VRBOs over the years and this is one of the best I have been in. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room in kitchen, dining area and living area for our group of 5. Enough bedrooms for all which were very comfortable and 3 full baths. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to downtown. Wonderful back deck with gas firepit and plenty of chairs. All in all a perfect weekend away in a beautiful home.

Fantastic location. Everything was top notch; from the finishes to the conveniences all around the home. Place was immaculate. Enjoyed staying at this home. It’s very clean and nicely appointed. All pots, pans are new and in excellent condition. Highly recommend this vacation home. There is even a secret beach area with perfect sunset views that’s walkable.

Wonderful Women’s Weekend

This property was fabulous for our women’s weekend. This home is very well stocked with quality linens and furniture. The house was immaculately clean. There is a great deck on the back, which was wonderful for morning coffee. Close to shopping and restaurants, and just a short drive to Petoskey for more shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to from the Detroit area on major roads. Erin was quick to respond to questions and provide info on the area. We will definitely be back.

This house is gorgeous. Quiet neighborhood, spacious accommodations, incredible amenities, looks and feels brand new — all two blocks and a quick walk from downtown Charlevoix! Updated beautifully with modern everything, appointed with top quality everything needed and more. Our favorite parts were the kitchen and the gorgeous patio, with a large sturdy hammock, romantic and beautifully crafted stone fire pit, and Edison lights galore!
