House for 2 to 4 people near the beach, train station and privateer town

Ideally located, rent an independent house of 60 m2 in the heart of Saint-Malo, 5 mins walk from the train station, 15 mins walk from the privateer town, 10 mins walk from the large beach of the train path, close to all shops and market, Rocabey district.

Description
It consists of a main room including a living room (TV & WIFI), a small equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc.), 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with wc, a small office, an enclosed garden (80m2) with a table and 4 chairs (1 barbecue), a space for the vehicle is possible in the dead end (otherwise a large free parking is at the end of the dead end).

Freshly renovated and decorated, bright, it is located at the end of a very quiet little dead end, facing south, with a sunny garden all afternoon. Very pleasant.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Fitted sheets and pillowcases (quilts, pillows) are to be brought.


A deposit check of 150 € is requested at the entrance to the premises and returned at the end of the stay.

bon accueil de la proprietaire. la location était très propre et accueillante ;

la location possedait le necessaire pour un bon séjour; j insiste sur la propreté de celle-ci car souvent le menage ou la vaisselle laisse à désirer; ce n était pas le cas ici. Nos animaux ont été bien accueilli et avons pris toutes les dispositions pour que la maison soit dans le même état qu à notre arrivée; nous reviendrons avec plaisir;

Très agréable petite maison

Emplacement super pour être rapidement à la plage du sillon et à un peu plus d’un kilomètre d’intramuros. Lieu très calme au fond d’une impasse cependant à deux pas d’un collège. Nous sommes venus durant la période de vacances scolaires alors c’était un silence où seules les mouettes se faisaient entendre. La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle. Elle a le charme des maisons de vacances et son petit jardin clos est un joli atout. La literie est confortable et il fait noir total dans les chambre ce qui est plaisant quand on a cette habitude. Séverine est très accueillante et bienveillante. Et je l’a remercie pour ce séjour et son hospitalité. Elle met à dispo savon pour les mains, produit vaisselle, etc ce qui est confortable! La maison est très propre à notre arrivée. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, altes Haus in ruhiger, zentraler Lage mit kleinem abgeschlossenen Garten.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön - die Unterkunft toll, die Stadt und Umgebung schön. Die Hausbesitzerin war sehr nett, die Kommunikation klappte trotz sehr geringer Französisch-Kenntnisse meinerseits sehr gut. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Allerdings sollte man als Hundebesitzer bedenken, dass nicht mal eine Pfote zwischen April und Ende September auf dem wundervollen nahegelegenen Strand in St. Malo geduldet wird … Und falls man aus Deutschland die eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen möchte, sollte man die völlig unterschiedlichen Maße der französischen Betten und Decken bedenken. Ein Besuch der nahen Markthalle (Montag, Donnerstag u. Samstag) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Kirche ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir können die Unterkunft und Saint Malo bis auf das Hundeverbot an allen Stränden sehr empfehlen und wünschen allen nachfolgenden Gästen einen schönen Urlaub.

Een eenvoudig huis in het centrum van St. Malo

We hebben genoten van de ligging van het huis, prachtig gelegen in het centrum van St. Malo. 10 minuten wandelen naar de Boulevard, 20 minuten naar de oude binnenstad (Intra-Muros). Ook fietsend de prachtige omgeving verkend. Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht, maar alles is beschikbaar. Voor hondenliefhebbers: de tuin is besloten. Séverine, de eigenaar, beantwoordt zeer snel alle mail en is waar nodig behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

Le jardin ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site. Terrain non entretenu et très peu soigné. Canapé du séjour et fauteuil vraiement très inconfortables. A revoir! Plusieurs chantiers de constructions aux alentours et bruits des le matin alors le calme on oublie! Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Maison propres et chambres agréables. Une couette en tres mauvais etat (grande chambre).Salle de bain petite sans aucune aération qui se transforme vite en sauna. Pas de protection enfants pour l'escalier très raide et les prises électriques. Quartier très pratique et central. Cher pour les prestations offertes.

Das Häuschen war sauber, obwohl es noch Potential bei der Austattung nach oben gibt, wie auch zum Beispiel im Garten. Aber wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend war sehr schön und der Strand kinderfreundlich und weitläufig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hatten ihre Tochter mit dabei, die auf Englisch übersetzte.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos filles dans cette maison avec jardin. Calme et en même temps centrale, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la plage et de Saint Malo Intra-muros. La décoration est simple mais de bon goût. La propriétaire est charmante.
