C'est un privilège de pouvoir résider dans une telle maison, magnifique villa familiale. Francesca et son mari ont été très accueillants et disponibles. La maison et le jardin sont très vastes, chacun pouvant avoir un petit coin tranquille. La villa se situe à environ 10 minutes de Lucca, ville qui mérite vraiment à être découverte en détails. C'est aussi le point de départ pour de nombreux très beaux villages. De plus nous sommes à 40 minutes de la plage ce qui permet un séjour très varié. Tout petit bémol : quelques klaxons dès le matin (pour prévenir dans les virages) et parfois les paons qui sont bruyants, mais ça n'en reste pas moins une villa tranquille qui permet un séjour inoubliable. Merci encore !

Toscane, belle région.Lucca, belle ville.Belle maison, typique, bourgeoise du XVIIIème siècle, bien entretenue dans un jolie parc.Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille.

wunderbares Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gefühlvoll renoviert, ein altes toskanisches Landhaus mit schönem Garten, Tischtennistisch und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Nur ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von Lucca entfernt. Der Fluss Serchio ist in der Nähe, ein Naherholungsgebiet mit Badestellen und Wander/Radfahrwegen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin!

Familienurlaub

Das Haus hat ein besonderes Flair und war für unseren Großfamilienurlaub ideal. Großzügige Räume mit viel Platz und im Garten schöne Schattenplätze. Lucca und das Meer sind gut erreichbar und einige Spielsachen für Kinder und Tischtennisausrüstung waren auch vorhanden.

Einzigartige Villa, Toscana pur !!!!

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften, ursprünglichen Villa. Als Familie (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) war uns eine Unterkunft wichtig, welche den Charme der Toscana widerspiegelt. Dieses Haus muss man wirklich erleben, es ist Nostalgie pur, wunderschön eingerichtet mit ursprünglichen Raritäten. Es entsprach zu 100% unseren Erwartungen. Hier spürten wir den Flair, konnten abschalten und hatten Raum und Ruhe. Die Gastgeber waren so super freundlich und wir fühlten uns wirklich geehrt, dieses Haus für 2 Wochen bewohnen zu dürfen. DANKE!

Séjour entre amis

La maison Sant'Alessio est très agréable et très grande ! C'est parfait pour un séjour nombreux, on ne se marche pas dessus il y a beaucoup d'espace que ça soit en extérieur ou en intérieur ! La ville des Lucques est à quelques minutes en voitures, ce n'est pas très loins des cinq terre et de Pise. Je recommande !

Real Tuscan experience

Great 500 years old big house on the outskirts of Lucca. Nice garden, property located away from other houses so no one bothers you here. 5m high ceilings, old paintings on the wall, old furniture - very atmospheric. Great light inside. Bathroom on the 1st floor freshly renivated, second one a bit too small for a big company. There's gas oven, dishwasher and washing machine and all kind of pans and pots in the kitchen, but if you want to cook, bring your own knives. Overall - great experience. Would like to visit again.
