This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been COMPLETELY renovated and redecorated, and is only a 1 min walk to the beach! Renovations include new bathrooms, kitchen, and all new flooring and furnishings! The house has a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living area, and TVs in every bedroom!

Only a 1-2 min walk to the beach, and only 45 min-1 hour to Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios, the house provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. With a total of4 queen size beds, this property sleeps 8 comfortably. Here is what the house includes:

• Queen pull out sofa with memory foam mattress
• Flat screen TV equipped with cable and DVD player
• DVDs, board games, and books for your entertainment

Kitchen:
• Brand new stainless steel appliances
• Dinner ware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, and everything else for making a meal

You can lounge on the beach, or take a short walk/bike ride down to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You can also watch a rocket launch, explore the Kennedy Space Center, take a cruise from Port Canaveral, win big on an evening casino cruise, play a round of golf at one of the many courses, or eat a delicious meal and at of the fantastic local restaurants. Even better, to add on to your beach vacation, you can take a short drive (45 min-1 hour) to some of the best attractions in the world, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. Cape Canaveral is the perfect location for guests wanting a mix of both beach relaxation and theme park thrills!

Property was nice and clean. Good location for a nice walk and the beach was 1 block away. Easy access in and out of the place. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. I wish they would have said both bedrooms are upstairs and the stares are steep but all in all everything else was good

Perfect for family

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my little family. We loved how close it was to the beach literally walking to the end of the block. My kids enjoyed the backyard and even got to chase a few lizards. I will definitely book this home again the next time we come to the cocoa beach area.

Stayed here two night prior to cruise. Great location walking distance to the beach and short drive to the port. Traveled a few days after hurricane Milton came thru and had questions about the conditions in the area. Host communicated quickly and let me know of minor changes to furnishings.
