Great view, but ...

View was terrific, and access to the beach was great, specifically the deck and washing section. Condo was partially renovated. Kitchen and living room were nice, which we enjoyed. The master bath was outdated, and the master bed was uncomfortable (too soft). From a cleanliness standpoint, overall it was partially clean, but the vents were black and we had to clean the shower head in the master bath. Also, the base of the master toilet desperately needs to be thoroughly cleaned and re-caulked. The first impression of the building was not great, as the parking structure floors need re-surfacing and the front door of the condo was significantly weathered, with paint peeling off. The overall complex, including the pool area, was very dated.

Bright & clean condo with awesome ocean view.

The condo more than met our expectations. Clean and in great condition - no issues at all. Great ocean front views and easy access to the beaches. Large balcony. Lots of available parking.

Softball

We went to MB for the first time to watch our daughter play college softball. Although the weather was not in our favor our condo was a true hit! Beautiful condo in a great location. Went to many restaurants right there and drove a few miles to some others (all were fabulous) Went to the Sky Wheel (in the rain) and enjoyed some shopping. Beautiful place...
