This apartment, in a small residence, is located 50m from the beach, opposite the aquatic center and 250m from the thalassotherapy center.
The town center and all its amenities, with a traditional covered market, can be reached on foot in 1/4 hour by the promenade along the beach.
On the top floor it offers a sea view. An entrance distributes a bedroom, the toilet, the bathroom, the kitchen area and the living room opening onto a comfortable balcony, on the mezzanine a large bedroom with high ceilings. The green car park is closed and secure. In addition, bikes can be left in an enclosed room.

Appartement agréable. Calme. Excentré mais à vélo ça va. Balcon vue sur piscine du centre aquatique et mer. Propriétaire très gentille ! Je reviendrai ! Si les matelas trop durs pouvaient être changés (aussi celui de la chambre mezzanine en haut), ce serait parfait ! Et un vrai lit à la place du BZ dans la chambre du bas serait plus confortable.Car lorsqu'on reste plusieurs semaines cela devient gênant. Kit draps, serviettes etc en location, pratique pour les voyageurs en train. A demander à l' avance. Local vélo en bas très pratique.

L'appartement permet de voir la mer depuis toutes ses fenêtres ! La propriétaire est très attentionnée et à notre écoute si besoin pendant le séjour. La plage est à côté, les commerces accessibles à pied, c'est vraiment un bel endroit pour passer des vacances au calme.

Accueil très sympathique. Appartement propre, idéalement placé entre les Boucholeurs et le centre de Châtelaillon. Plage directement accessible en traversant la route. Que du bonheur... Attention cependant aux personnes à mobilité réduite, 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Cela n’a pas été un problème pour nous et nous a permis de perdre les calories engrangées lors de nos nombreux restaurants

Bel appartement idéalement situé avec vues sur mer. Très bon accueil de notre hôte. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et les facilités de stationnement. Une cafetière un peu plus grande serait utile, tout le reste du matériel était au top.

L'appartement est situé à un endroit stratégique, 100m de la mer, au pied de l'espace aquatique où nous avons pris une carte de 10 entrée pour 2 adultes, nous avons pu beaucoup en profiter. Nous avions nos vélos, il y a un local pour les stocker, et ils nous ont beaucoup servis pour nous balader. Nous étions au dernier étage ce qui nous a fait profiter d'une superbe vue. Il y a tout de qu'il faut dans l'appartement, une très belle chambre en mezzanine, très agréable et une seconde où notre jeune fils a très bien dormi. La propriétaire est très disponible et très agréable. Adresse que je conseille.

Un bel appartement, une propriétaire chaleureuse !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui est très chaleureuse. On voit qu’elle adore sa région et qu’elle l’a connait bien, elle nous a donné des bons conseils sur les lieux à voir, les activités à faire et les restaurants. Un bon départ pour des bonnes vacances ! L’appartement, décoré avec goût, est à deux pas de la plage. Et on peut profiter de la vue sur l’océan depuis le balcon et depuis les fenêtres. La résidence est calme. Bref, un cadre parfait dans une région pour laquelle nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur.
