Cannot beat this VIEW! The home sits high in Windcliff Estates, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Estes Park. Travel perfectly maintained roads to this ultimate vacation cabin. Just a short walk into Rocky Mountain National Park. Park in the 2-car garage or under the portico for easy access (just one step up) into the main floor. Plenty of parking in the driveway too. The gently sloping oversized lot is great for kids to play outside in the summer or sled in the winter. Perfect spot for a small family reunion or church retreat.

Downstairs/Walkout
Walk downstairs beside the waterfall, then take your pick from multiple bedrooms with king beds that each have private access to the back porch. All of them share the view of the mountains. There are 2 jack-and-jill baths, so each bedroom has its own sink/toilet and shares a tub/shower.
It took several years to find the perfect spot for our family vacation home. Lots of wonderful memories have been made here. Our family fell in love with Estes Park 40 years ago. After years of visiting and searching for the perfect spot, we built our Rocky Mountain dream home. Enjoy this family home as your own. This has been a place for many wonderful gatherings over the years. It holds a special place in our hearts, and once you visit you will understand why!
Why they chose this property
Walk directly in Rocky Mountain National Park on almost private, seldom used trails. Enjoy sunsets over the mountains while sitting on the back porch. It's common to have elk bugling in the backyard in the fall and all the mountain wildlife on occasion. Experience easy access on well maintained roads. All within a short drive (<10 min) to Estes Park downtown or the RMNP main entrance.
What makes this property unique
**We require a signed rental agreement as part of the booking process.**
The Waterfall and Pond is an amazing and unique feature we want you to enjoy. However, please note that you are responsible for the safety of your party around the pond. Small children must have supervision around pond area. The pond cannot be drained upon request. You assume all responsibility for safety of party in regards to water feature and agree to indemnify Owner from and against liability for injury to Guest or any other person occupying the Rental Property resulting from any cause whatsoever. Misuse of a pond by the spilling of foreign substances into the water, i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass or metal will result in a Service Call Charge.
-The Packnplay is not kept on site and must be requested in advance.
-Parties, weddings, receptions, etc are not allowed.
-4 vehicles max, 4WD is recommended for reservations in the winter.
-There is no A/C in the home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
-Packages cannot be sent to this home.
-We have adjusted our rates to make this house a bit more accessible for smaller groups. The nightly rate goes up for more than 4 people. Be sure to enter your total group size to get accurate pricing.
-PETS: Dogs only. Advanced approval required and additional pet fee. 2 pets max. Pets are not allowed on the beds or linens at all. If this rule is broken there will be an additional fee. Excessive noise disturbances are not tolerated by the neighbors and will be grounds for eviction. Any damage, stains, or odors caused by the pet will be charged to the guest.
