Newly renovated historic house with 3 independent bedrooms close to Whole Foods, Audubon Park, La Boulangerie, Shaya's, Barre3, Domenica, Creole Creamery, and many shops. This is a fabulous location- walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, and a quick Uber ride to the French Quarter and Jazz Fest. Mardi Gras parades pass right outside your door! My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families.

We had a delightful stay in this little neighborhood on magazine. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable, felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to our next stay here. Thank you for being incredible hosts.
This house was the perfect spot to explore this beautiful part of the city. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Even though it's on Magazine, it's a quiet residential block. Bus 11 picks up right outside for an easy ride to and from the French Quarter.
Loved our stay! Location was great-walked or ubered everywhere. House was so clean-very much appreciated. We loved sitting on the porch. Would suggest citronella candle/bug spray for mosquitoes if they’re out. Only negative was mattresses need an upgrade and WiFi was spotty, but we all survived. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home
This property was clean, great space for a party of 4. The location is ideal for walking. Close to
Whole Foods and Win Dixie. Lots of boutiques and great places to eat. Or you can just sit back on the porch and people watch. The area and home are wonderful definitely would stay again!!
Property was very clean. Property owner very responsive to questions regarding the property. Whole Foods grocery story is conveniently located a short walk from the home. An easy 7 minute walk to the St. Charles street car makes accessing downtown venues simple and hassle free.
Loved the location and the house! The only downside was the parking situation. Street parking only so I had to park on a side street a few blocks away the first night. It was able to find a spot the next day across the street.
We stayed here while in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. That location was so convenient. Close to many shops and restaurants. We definitely stay here again.
We have family in New Orleans & chose this rental because of its close location to their home. The area feels very safe & is walkable. It is on the “quieter end of Magazine st”, if you will, but still has great places to eat, shop, explore. We found street parking to be easy, although close proximity to rental could be challenging during busy weekends, but still within a block or 2. We were able to park directly in front of rental most of the time over the long Christmas weekend. Also a great location for quick & easy navigation to anywhere in New Orleans.
The property was very clean & well stocked for our needs. The kitchen has most of what’s needed to cook your meals, but who really does this when you have the wonderful New Orleans restaurants. Bathrooms were great, of course bring all your own toiletries. Furniture & beds were comfortable.
We will be returning to this rental, if available, on our future new Orleans trips.
My family of 4 adults stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days to celebrate my birthday. This property is a great mix between old and new. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with a contemporary aesthetic, while the rest of the place was decorated with Louisiana charm. It’s an older building with beautiful original hardwood floors, paper thin walls, and original bricked in fireplace. Comfortably furnished. Master bed was okay. Wi-Fi was sketchy, and we never could get the cable in the master to work. There were a few minor repair issues that we just worked around after letting the host know. We did not use the kitchen but I noticed that the few pots and pans that were there could use some updating. The location was good. Not too far from the French quarter and it was super easy to get around via Uber and Lyft. I would stay here again.
We had a great trip to New Orleans. The house was exactly how it looked online and was in a perfect location to do all things along Magazine, easy access to the Quarter and Audubon Park. Parking was easy as well.
Everything about this beautiful rental in New Orleans was excellent. The location, the comfort, the cleanliness, the convenience and the attention to detail. The hosts were very attentive and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended
This was our second time staying. We enjoyed the ability to have a full kitchen with all the basics you need to make a few meals. All but once or twice during the week we were able to park right in front of the apartment.
All I can say is the location was great!
