This property is very near St Peter’s Basilica and was ideally located for sightseeing. We walked everywhere but you can use the bus too. Both bedrooms have en-suite and there is also a 3rd bathroom. Francesca communicated well before, during and after our trip and happily recommended restaurants for a special occasion.

Location was amazing, 5-8 mins to St. Peter's. Francesca, was so accommodating, she helped us with so many different things during our stay. This property's location is up a slight hill but right next to the Vatican and covered with beautiful flowers and aroma. The AC worked great, 3 bathrooms is a luxury and outside private patio is special. We loved our stay,.close to lots of restaurants and felt very safe. Would book again absolutely. Thanks Francesca for everything!

Francesca, was very punctual, friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the multiple blow dryers. The place was spacious and had a very nice patio that we hung out on at night. It is located very close to the Vatican, restaurants and coffee/breakfast places. Two negatives, the steep hill you have to climb up to get to the place and one of the nights we were here the neighbors above us were quite loud until 1:30am.

We had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. Francesca was a great host and met us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere in Vatican City, there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Rome quickly, and there are restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and we would 100% stay there again.

Amazing place right near the Vatican. Three bathrooms, incredible terrace, quiet and away from traffic, host was perfect, available etc.Would highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

We had wonderful stay. Everything you could possibly need was stocked in the apartment. Francesca was a wonderful host. Her place is very close to the Vatican. I would gladly book this again when visiting Rome.
