We had a very nice week in Kingston. The location of the house made it easy to get to the various places we visited. The house is comfortable and spacious and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was all extremely enjoyable.

Beautiful Rhode Island

We were there when it really wasn't beach weather but there were lots of other things to do. There was a lot of driving because attractions are far apart. If you like shell fish, especially lobster - this is the place for you!

Week at the beach

I celebrated by 50th birthday with a few friends. The house was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the grocery store, the beach and sight seeing in Narraganset, and Newport including a day on Block Island. The owners where very friendly and helpful and gave wonderful suggestions on places to see.

Enjoyed our time in R.I. Visited several cool towns and beaches that were 20-30 minutes from the house. House in on a quiet dead end street. Had a little issue on arrival with the code not working but owner was quick to respond to resolve the issue. Think dorm style set up for the house with its proximity to URI, it met our needs, but traveling with extended family the game room in basement was just a combo pop a shot game, there was nothing else down there in way of seating or anything, so we were all together at the house the whole time. But with all the things to do we were out of the house most of the day anyway.

Affordable and cozy stay

We enjoyed our time here! There was plenty of room for us and our 1 year old. Communication with host was very smooth. Location is excellent, so many fun Rhode places within 30 mins driving distance or less. Very clean. Would recommend!

Nice getaway

This rental was similar to our permanent residence. Thus we enjoyed it. We found its location convenient to all the destinations we ventured to. Nice neighborhood. The outside deck with its table and chairs was utilized a lot. It worked well for us.

Functional Property Adjacent to Campu

Great house in a convenient accessible area

The house was as advertised, but seemed bigger. Plenty of space for a family get together, close to URI and Wakefield and several beaches to choose from - Narragansett, Sand Hill Cove, Galilee, Camp Cronin. If you're looking for a reasonably priced house that's close to the beaches, thi is it!

Convenient and comfortable.

Close to beaches and Newport. Fun games in the basement. Host very accessible and let us check in a few hours early. Only complaint: Bed in "master" bedroom was very uncomfortable.

Great place right by URI / short drive to beaches

Jim and Carole were very responsive hosts, and the house is within a quick walk to URI/15 minutes from narragansett beach. This house is awesome as a cheaper alternative to a spot right in Narragansett if you have a car and can drive to the beach. Would recommend!
