All year long, you will enjoy the sea; beach, fishing or water sports. Nearby hiking, mountain biking, golf, tree climbing, equestrian walks, swimming pool seawater megaliths, chapels, castles, gardens ...

Spacious Breton style house (basement under the whole house), it offers 5 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped for baby, 2 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with walk-in shower.

The garden is 1500 m², courtyard with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture.

The interior of the house has been completely redecorated.

The Perfect House in Brittany

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Its central location makes it very easy to get around Cote De Granite Rose. Just about every attraction in the area is less than a 10 minute drive. This is pretty convenient for families with young children who can't tolerate long car trips. The house itself is very well equipped and has everything a family would need to keep their kids entertained, cook, and stay comfortable. The host (Delphine) is also very nice. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im großen und wunderschön renovierten Haus von Delphine.Delphine hat uns persönlich begrüßt und das ganze Haus gezeigt, inkl. wichtiger Hinweise (WLan, Müll etc.) sowie Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps mit den Kindern.Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, vor allem in der Küche, und es gibt viel Spielzeug (auch für den Strand) für die Kinder. Die Kinder haben besonders das von Delphine‘s Mann selbst gebaute Spielhaus im Garten geliebt.Der Garten ist sehr groß und kann mit dem Tor zur Straße abgeschlossen werden.Durch die zentrale Lage, ist man mit dem Auto in max. 15 Minuten an den verschiedensten Stränden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft - mit viel Liebe gestaltet

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen und haben den Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Top Lage zum Erreichen der "Rosa Küste". Wenn es pasdt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Die Gegend ist super, das Haus mit leichten Mängel zufriedenstellend

Kleine Mängel am Haus, die Sicherungen musste man regelmäßig überprüfen und wieder in ihre Position bringen, das Internet ist mit einer 5000er Leitung nicht ausreichend für mehrere Geräte, so war das Arbeiten nur eingeschränkt möglich, der nächste Bäcker war 5Km weit entfernt, macht jeden Tag 10 Km mit dem KFZ

Une semaine sur la côte de granit rose en famille

Semaine de decouverte de la region de Perros Guirec avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 14 ans. Excellent sejour passé dans cette spacieuse et confortable maison bien équipée et super bien localisée pour rayonner le long de la côte de Granit rose. Accueil chaleureux de la proprietaire avec de petits biscuits traditionnels et plein de guides et de bons petits plans pour notre sejour! Encore merci, tout etait parfait, nous reviendrons!

excellente maison de vacances

Nous l'avons beaucoup aimé. Beaucoup d'espace pour nous sept, quatre adultes et trois enfants. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin en vacances, cuisine et salle de bain, salon et jardin. L'emplacement est très pratique à la fois pour la côte avec des villes enchanteresses comme Perros-Guirec et pour la mer avec de superbes plages. Lannion, la prochaine grande ville, est également rapide. Chère Madame Luron, nous tenons à vous remercier beaucoup pour l'accueil amical et la communication toujours simple. Merci beaucoup!

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist wochentags viel befahren, aber im Haus hört man davon fast nichts. Zur Straße hin gibt es auch ein Tor, so dass das Grundstück komplett geschlossen werden kann. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Für Kinder gibt es reichlich Spielzeug im Haus. Mit dem Auto sind viele schöne Strände schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und haben uns auch viele Ausflugtipps gegeben. Vielen Dank nochmal! :-)

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Bretagne

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge an die Cote de Granite Rose. Die wunderbaren Strände und die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Küste liegen nur 10 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besticht durch seinen bretonischen Stil. Wir haben uns als Familie dort sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Madame Luron ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war für Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
