About this property

Charming house facing the sea

Old house, ideally located on the embankment of Sands. Garden at the back of the house. the house is in its own juice, and it's all its charm but I prefer to prevent lovers of modern comfort.
It is located in the Arago district, close to shops (markets and supermarkets); the beach is opposite and the center 15 minutes walk.
This is a family home, it is perfect for one or two couples with children.
