Just an hour north of San Francisco, the home is perfectly located: 30 minutes to Marin or Napa, one hour to Mendocino, and only 10 minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza. At 1,100 feet in elevation, you’ll feel completely private while still being close to everything Wine Country has to offer.

Step outside to enjoy the true Sonoma lifestyle. Sip local wine on the spacious deck, take in sunset views over the vineyard, or entertain friends under the stars. World-class wineries, acclaimed restaurants, redwood forests, and coastal villages are all within easy reach.

Gem of a property

Beautiful indoors and outdoors. Lovingly furnished. Very nice patio. Nicely secluded in a wooded hilly area, yet not too far from town. Definitely would want to stay again.

Ideal getaway home

This home is wonderful and the view from the back of the house is fantastic. You never want to leave. A perfect morning spot to enjoy your coffee and relax for dinner and wine at the end of a day wine tasting and touring. We loved this house and look forward to returning soon.

Hidden Gem

This is a wonderful property with gorgeous views and amazing sunsets. First class furnishings, bedding and linens. The home is absolutely supplied with everything you will need. The kitchen and baths also offer all the needed supplies. The outdoor patios and seating areas are top-notch. While this place can accommodate several, it also has a marvelous homey feel when hosting just three couples. Can't say enough about this propery and host...will return for sure!

Sonoma Dreaming

The Casual Wine Country Home is beautiful. It sits on a rise and vineyards are part of the backyard. The patio(s) are perfect for enjoying drinks and meals outside. The house is well laid out and accommodated 3 couples easily. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance imaginable. The only down side was the numerous set of instructions on the use of appliances, showers, heating, etc. Since we were all "rule followers", it was a little intimidating. But I would definitely stay at this home again!

Absolutely Amazing!

We recently returned from a wonderful vacation to Sonoma. We could not have had a better experience. This house is truly amazing- even better than the pictures! We especially enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. We started and ended every day on the deck overlooking the vineyards. The location was great - very easy to get to the Sonoma Square from there. We traveled throughout Napa and Sonoma - so many wineries within a close distance. The house was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would refer any of my friends and family to this house - it was absolutely amazing! We just hated to leave!! Thanks so much Sandra for sharing your home with us! It was truly an incredible experience!!

The house was absolutely amazing and Sandy was a fabulous host! What a pleasure to stay at her house and get to meet her. The property is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location to visit all the near bye areas. We hired Chef Marco for a private dinner at the house which was definitely a highlight of our trip, especially because we got to enjoy it at this beautiful property. Can’t thank Sandy enough for a wonderful 50th Birthday getaway!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The gardens and vineyard view are just lovely! The many hummingbirds and birds that visit the backyard and water fountain agree! The deck and backyard space are perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the Sonoma area. The home, itself, is also beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need. Sandra, the owner, is very kind and helpful. This is a special place and we are so thankful thatwe were able to stay and enjoy some time in this beautiful place!

Our family of five stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a cousin's birthday. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have walk in showers which is nice for an older person. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use.We used one of our days to stay at this property eating alfresco, enjoying the vineyard it sets on and the gorgeous view of hills, a river or lake and the lovely grounds.The location was good and not very far from the city of Sonoma. The owner was responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this property in the country.

Wonderful stay…highly recommend!

The property, grounds and views were stunning! We were a group of three couples and we all felt like we had our own space. The house was very clean and Chef Erin Shallat provided food for us upon arrival and made a wonderful dinner for us our last night there. Highly recommend this property and Chef Erin!

This house was beautiful! The decor and furnishings were high end. The kitchen was nicely equipped with more than you need to cook a full meal. Beds were comfortable! The outdoor spaces were amazing and the views were fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Sandy's house was perfect. It was like staying at a friend's home. We were three couples and we all had our own space. The house is beyond well equipped, and so many great entertaining spaces. We had chef Erin come in one evening and it was magical. Sandy provides so much information that was appreciated since this was my first time in the area. We all talked about how we hope to make this trip an annual event!
