About this property

Completely renovated in 2015 and ideally located in Carnon, this ground floor of a small house condominium offers direct beach access and a pleasant shady garden that will allow you to spend a unique holiday.
A 5 minute walk to the market, 10 minutes from Luna Park 10 minutes from the port and 7 minutes from a small supermarket and newsagent. Private parking lot just outside the entrance to the apartment. Equipped with Wi-Fi.

Acquired for the purpose of dealing with our young children-ages, it is equipped to accommodate families (bed with comfortable mattress, high chair, bath ...).
It includes:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a large closet,
- A second small room with a bunk bed + extra mattress and a closet.
- A shower room with WC
-a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ...) open to living
-a lounge with convertible corner sofa, flat screen TV with DVD player
-a veranda with table and chairs overlooking the garden.
The apartment is equipped with WI-FI.

The rate includes bed linen, bed linen and cleaning at departure.

Nice family vacation

With our two kids, 3 and 5 years old, we had a pleasent stay in this nice appartment. It is well equiped for families with small children. Another big benifit is the direct access to the beach.

Charmante maison idéale famille

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos petits enfants dans cette petite maison avec accès direct à la plage. Outre le côté pratique de l’emplacement nous avons apprécié l’appartement qui est à la fois très fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. Les hôtes ainsi que la personne qui accueille ont été particulièrement attentionnés à toutes les étapes du séjour. Nous reviendrons.

perfekter Aufenthalt in Traumlage

Die Ferienwohnung lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Angefangen von einem perfekten und unkompliziertem Check-In an einem Sonntagmorgen, über eine voll umfängliche Ausstattung, die nichts vermissen lässt, bis hin zu der wunderbaren Lage direkt am Strand und nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu den Geschäften der Marina ist die Ferienwohnung eine wahre Goldgrube. Die Vermieter sind leider nicht vor Ort, die Kommunikation ist aber extrem unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und höflich und macht Freude auf den nächsten Urlaub an gleicher Stelle.

Très agréable appartement, très jolie0terrasse donnant sur la plage,vue splendide sur la mer, tout pour se détendre et profiter du chant des vagues. Promenade le long de la plage les pieds dans l'eau et ramasser les coquillages était très appaisante,en fait tout y était pour passer un bon séjour. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.Mon conjoint a même péché un joli bar .Et merci encore au propriétaire qui était très disponible pour nous.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Genau wie beschrieben haben wir ein schönes und passendes Objekt in ausgezeichneter Strandlage vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist komplett und die Übergabe war problemlos. Wie die Bilder zeigen läuft man vom schattigen Garten direkt auf den Strand. Traumhaft. Empfehlenswert auch aufgrund der interessanten Umgebung des Ortes.

Tolle Lage und Wohnung direkt am Strand!

Wir zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder sind schon zum dritten mal hier. Es ist eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist Traumhaft, Gartentor auf und man steht direkt am Strand. Vor dem Garten ist auch eine Stranddusche was sehr praktisch ist. Man hat zum Baden keine Gepäck wo man erst zum Strand tragen muss weil man alles bei sich im garten hat. Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor dem Haus. Besser kann man es für einen Badeurlaub nicht haben. Aber es gibt auch anders dinge zu Unternehmen, in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Montpellier oder man nimmt Bus und Straßenbahn geht auch wunderbar. Viele schöne Orte zu entdecken La Grande-Motte oder Aigues-Mortes. Super netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern auch vor Ort. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Gruss Familie Mayer

Magnifique séjour!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L appartement est très lumineux, très bien rénové, la situation au bord de plage est top ! Ç est proche du port et des commerces. Il est aussi très bien équipé, on a 2 enfants ét Ç est très pratique d avoir tout sur place! On est aussi très bien accueilli. En un mot : génial! On y retournera avec plaisir.
