Welcome to Sol Searcher, our beautiful Caribbean themed lake house right on Norris lake. Spacious, waterfront, and well-equipped, our home is perfect for families and groups. A concrete paved path provides an easy stroll down to the water and dock. Here you'll find yourself tucked back in quiet cove with deep water, perfect for swimming, fishing and relaxing without all the boat traffic. Take a short boat ride to the main channel just 3 minutes away and enjoy watersports like skiing, tubing, and wake boarding. Bring your own boat or rent one from Norris Lake Watersports and they'll deliver it right to the dock. Or, take it easy and enjoy a peaceful paddle across the cove and see our lovely "Fairy Falls", a sweet little waterfall that can often be heard trickling all the way back at the house. Our property offers two story decks with ample seating to enjoy the lake views and surrounding nature including bird watching, frequent rainbows, jumping fish, turtles, and sunrises over the lake. Don't forget the marshmallows! We have a lovely fire pit right on the lakeshore, perfect for enjoying the incredible starry skies and moon rises over the lake. What makes our house special?
We built the home for our family to stay in so it is extremely well equipped and set up for your family or group to enjoy the lake. This is not a full time rental so it is well looked after and not overused. We maintain it like a true home (because it is our home!) so it is very warm and inviting with lots of little personal touches. Our favorites are double refrigerators for all the food and drinks, black out blinds for lazy mornings or afternoon naps, outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming or sunbathing, cozy couch spaces, and plenty of puzzles/games for fun.

Location Details
Sol Searcher is located on Powder Mill Cove, a quiet cove away from boat traffic. We are just north of the Peninsula, 3 minutes by boat to the main channel of Norris Lake and 10 minutes by boat to the Springs Marina. It is a 20-30 minute drive to the towns of LaFollette and Jacksboro where you can find grocery stores (Food Lion, Food City, Walmart), pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS) and liquor stores. We are 35 minutes off the highway (I-75).

Other things to note:
-Check-in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am
-Sheets are included, however, towels are not. Please remember to bring your own bath and beach towels for your comfort.
-We are tucked away in a more secluded area so driving on a gravel road is required and internet/ phone service can sometimes be spotty. Verizon has the best service here.
